    The article describes the results of a marketing research of a network of perfumery and cosmetics stores. The purpose of this work was the description of the results of a survey of customers of perfumery and cosmetics shops, which help to clarify the marketing policy of a chain of stores. In conducting the study, sociological and static research methods were used.The novelty of the results obtained is to clarify the characteristics of buyers that are important for marketing activities, such as sources of information about perfumery and cosmetics stores and factors of their choice, customer awareness of the characteristics of perfumery and cosmetic products and their interest in new products, customer loyalty to the chain stores and evaluation their competitiveness. It was concluded that the largest share of buyers prefer products of the medium and mass segment, and outdoor advertising and information on the Internet are the most effective means of promotion. The main conclusions are the trends of individualization of the “mass market” and increasing customer attention to the quality of service. The results of the work are of practical interest for the development of solutions in the field of marketing activities of the company.В статье дано описание результатов маркетингового исследования сети магазинов парфюмерии и косметики. Целью данной работы разработка рекомендаций для совершенствования маркетинговой политики розничных торговцев косметикой на основе анализа результатов проведенного опроса. При проведении исследования использовались социологические и статистические методы исследований.Новизна полученных результатов работы заключается в уточнении важных для маркетинговой деятельности характеристик покупателей, таких как источники получения информации о магазинах парфюмерии и косметики и факторы их выбора, осведомленность клиентов о характеристиках парфюмерно-косметической продукции и заинтересованность их в новинках, лояльность покупателей к магазинам сети и оценка их конкурентоспособность. Сделаны выводы, что наибольшая доля покупателей предпочитает продукцию среднего и массового сегмента, а наиболее эффективными способами продвижения являются наружная реклама и информация в сети интернет. В качестве основных выводов указаны тенденции индивидуализации «масс-маркета» и усиления внимания клиентов к качеству сервиса. Результаты работы представляют практический интерес для разработки решений в области маркетинговой деятельности компании

    The methodology of a part lifetime calculation

    Reducing mills in piece-reduction at the moment of capturing the pipe's front end and on the rear end exit are exposed to increased dynamic loads. However these processes at present time are not fully researched. The relevant problem is to decrease dynamic loads in the clamp engine, to increase reliability and durability of the clamp on the basis of the mill's production growth on the account of pauses decrease, rise of the production amount, and reducing in pipe costs. In the article the results of the study to define a part lifetime in the reducing mill stand have been presented. A part lifetime was calculated in month for more convenient comparison with the production data. The results have been hand over to JSC "PNTZ" for implantation. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd.     Research of Load Distribution between Working and Backup Rolls of Sheet Levelling Machine with Regard to Gaps and Heat Strain

    The article addresses to distribution of loading between working and backup rolls of sheet levelling machines taking into account presence of initial gaps between them and heating that occurs during the straightening process, which is especially important in case of the high-temperature straightening. For levelling machines with a single row of backup rolls calculated dependencies were obtained to evaluate loads suffered by backup roll taking into account factors under this study and the analysis of results for the 9-roll straightening machine were carried out.     Experimental Research of the Hot-Rolled Pipe Wall Sizing Process at the Reeling Mill of Pipe-Rolling Plant-140 in Conditions of Product Mix Extension

    This experimental study was conducted on the equipment of pipe-rolling plant-140 with an automatic mill in order to give a qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the parameters which define the pipe wall sizing process in reeling mills. During investigation values of the power parameters of the process were recorded for different sizing routes. Conclusions about the special features of the wall sizing process and feasibility of extension of the reeling mill process capabilities were formulated. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd

    Exclusion of the pipe rear end defects in the process of the PRP 220 rolling using the FE modeling

    A line for the production of hot-deformed pipes on a pipe-rolling plant 220 equipped with an automatic elongation mill is considered. In the maintenance the appearance of longitudinal end defects typical for thin-walled pipes was revealed. On the basis of a software package implemented with the use of FEM, a model of the deformation zone of a two-stage process of the lengthwise rolling of pipes on a short mandrel has been simulated. Analysis of the flow of the hollow bloom metal in this process makes it possible to establish the nature of the defect formation, as well as to calculate its influence on the power parameters of the process. The formation of a defect at the rear ends of the pipe is associated with the loss of stability of the hollow bloom section when the hollow bloom metal flows into the roll caliber outlets, which leads to an increase in the contact surface of the rolls with the workpiece and the mandrel with the workpiece, as well as to contact with the surfaces of the rolls that are not intended for direct interaction with heated metal. As a result, a technical solution has been proposed that allows restricting the loss of stability of the rear end of the pipe and eliminating a decrease in the loads on the working tool of the rolling stand, due to the degeneration of the rear end defects of the pipes.     Theoretical Research on the Pipe Rolling Process in Order to Determine the Deformation of the Pipe Billet and the Load on the Rolling Tool

    The technology of the shell case rolling into the rough pipe on an automatic mill of the pipe-rolling plant PRP 220 was considered. In case of the pipe rear end stability losing for a special thin-walled assortment of rolling products the theoretical research was carried out based on the FEM. As the result of the research the nature of such flaw as a "fin" on the end of the pipe was investigated, the evaluation of the loading on the automatic mill for the PRP 220 was obtained for different process parameters. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd

    Intraoperative Intraluminal Endoscopy in the Surgical Treatment of Patients with Esophageal Diverticula of Various Localization

    Aim. To improve the results of surgical treatment of patients with esophageal diverticulum of various localization using intraoperative intraluminal endoscopy. Materials and Methods: The Department of Surgery of the Esophagus and Stomach, the Petrovsky National Research Centre of Surgery, has accumulated a large experience in treating diverticulosis patients. Thus, during the 2010–2018 period, 74 patients with esophageal diverticula of various localization were operated. Out of them, 56 (75.7 %), 10 (13.5 %) and 8 (10.8 %) patients underwent surgical treatment with respect to faringo-esophageal, bifurcation and epiphrenic diverticula, respectively. The patients were divided into two groups: 31 people (41.9 %) in the main group underwent diverticulectomy with intraoperative intraluminal endoscopic assistance (IVEA), while 43 (58.1 %) people in the control group underwent diverticulectomy without IVEA. Intraoperatively, at the stage of discovering diverticulum, the endoscopist applied transillumination and air insufflation in the cavity of the diverticulum, followed by controlling the mobilization of diverticulum. At the resection stage, the completeness of the surgical removal was controlled, along with the absence of esophageal lumen narrowing after sewing the neck of the diverticulum using a linear stapler.Results. The average duration of the operation in patients with Zenker’s diverticula and those in the control group was 45.5 ± 8.8 min and 73.8 ± 12.7 min (p < 0.05), respectively. In patients with the diverticula of the middle and lower third of the esophagus, the average surgery duration was equal to 120.3 ± 11.2 min and 150.5 ± 17.3 (p <0.05) min in the main and control groups, respectively. Radiological examination 2–3 days after surgery revealed no complications in the main group. In the control group, 2 (4.7 %) patients showed a small leakage of the contrast agent outside the esophagus (stopped conservatively). Signs of mild dysphagia when taking solid foods were detected in 1 (2.4 %) patient of the control group. This condition was associated with excessive ingress of the esophageal wall into the apparatus suture, which led to a slight narrowing of its lumen. No patients with dysphagia in the postoperative period were recorded in the main group. Conclusion: The combination of surgical treatment of esophageal diverticula with IVEA allows the duration of surgery to be optimized, deformation of the esophageal lumen to be avoided, possible complications to be minimized, thereby improving the results of surgical treatment

    The authors revealed the relevance of the methods and tools of marketing communication in the Minin university to meet current requirements and potential consumers of high school. The basic types of marketing communications used by the university. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of the methods of marketing communications both electronic (website) and the contact (meetings, open days, school vacations) species. The author reveals the sufficient and necessary components of the site's content through the eyes of high school students of the future; their interest in the ongoing Minin university activities. The article presents the results of the study from February to June of 2015 to identify effective methods of marketing communication that contribute to attracting students to the university. Presented in the article data it is advisable to take into account when planning the marketing activities of the university segment - school graduates and parents
