Innominate Steal Syndrome: A Two Patient Case Report and Review
Like subclavian artery disease, innominate artery disease can result in reversal of flow in the ipsilateral vertebral artery. Unlike subclavian artery disease, innominate artery disease can also affect cerebral perfusion in the ipsilateral carotid territory, is less well characterized in the literature, and is more challenging to revascularize.
