Călăraşi et le Danube : une relation en demie-teinte entre la ville roumaine et le fleuve

L'étude du rapport au Danube de la ville de Călăraşi est à replacer dans le contexte de la transition vers la démocratie. Călăraşi, contrairement aux villes occidentales, est toujours dans une phase d'industrialisation, celle-ci, conjuguée à une extension urbaine parallèle au fleuve, ne favorise pas les relations ville-fleuve et tend à relayer ce dernier au rang des souvenirs d'enfance. La tradition d'un pouvoir centralisateur, sans relais local fort, nuit à la mise en œuvre d'un aménagement global et cohérent promu par l'Europe. Le manque de coordination qui s'ensuit et la faible coopération avec la Bulgarie ne sont pas favorables à des actions d'envergure sur le Danube et ses riverains éloignent de celui-ci.The study of the relationship in the Danube of the city of Călăraşi is to be replaced in the context of the transition towards the democracy. Călăraşi, contrary to the western cities is always in a phase of industrialization, this one conjugated to an urban extension parallel to the river don't promote the relations city-river and so much to relieve this last one to the rank of the memories of childhood. The tradition of a power advocate of centralizing, without strong local relay, harms in the implemented of a global and coherent development promoted by Europe. The lack of co-ordination which follows and the weak co-operation with Bulgaria are not favourable to large-scale actions on the Danube and take away this one of his local residents

Le Baragan : espace géographique dans la littérature roumaine

A geographical reading of Rumanian literary works and the local folk directory of the last century allows to discover and to seize the elements of construction of the collective representation of a regional space, the Rumanian Baragan. Literary layouts of cognitive strangely invariable and coherent experiences of the place, they stand out as in relevant sources of a work of social geography on the space lived on a region where the literary thickness / the pile of the literary metaphors comes to compensate for the deficit regional socio-economic / the insignificance to sublimate / in identity. Thus three sets spaces are deciphered in this article : the space of the housing environment, the space of the production and the space of the dream, to which the inhabitants give sentimental and symbolic values which are translated in concrete images by the undertaking of poetic writing into a landscaped object, become support of an identical construction.Une lecture géographique d' œuvres littéraires roumaines et du répertoire folklorique local du siècle dernier permet de découvrir et de saisir les éléments de construction de la représentation collective d'un espace régional, le Baragan roumain. Mises en forme littéraires d'expériences cognitives du lieu étonnamment invariables et cohérentes, elles s'imposent comme des sources pertinentes d'un travail de géographie sociale sur l'espace vécu d'une région où l'épaisseur littéraire / l'empilement des métaphores littéraires vient compenser le déficit socio-économique / l'insignifiance régionale pour le / la sublimer en identité. C'est ainsi que trois ensembles d'espaces sont décryptés dans cet article : l'espace de l'habitat, l'espace de la production et l'espace du rêve, auxquels les habitants donnent des valeurs sentimentales et symboliques qui se trouvent traduites dans des images concrètes par l'entreprise d'écriture poétique en un objet paysager, devenu support d'une construction identitaire.Bratosin Odile.
