DEVELOPMENT OF IMPROVEMENT MEANS OF INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT ON BASIS OF VORTICAL EFFECTS

    No full text
There the study purpose is to create the design methods of equipment, which realizes the functional possibilities of vortical flows and which provides the rise of output, of reliability and of safety. The multifactor plan experiment has been executed. The analytical design methods of new members of industrial equipment, which operate by the principles of interaction of vortical flows of gases and of fluids with the non-stationary objects, have been offered. The designing procedures of new vortical detecting elements for the machine jigs and for the control jigs, for the gripping devices of robots, for the vibrators, for the atomizers, for the devices for the working of surfaces of parts have been developed. The equipment using the vortical effects has been introduced at six enterprises of RussiaAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio

Development and Testing of a Block Hydrocyclone

    No full text
The study aimed to theoretically substantiate the efficiency of liquid purification and obtain corroborating experimental data for a hydrocyclone, consisting of several blocks. Mathematical models of the process of hydrodynamic fluid filtration were developed with the use of screw swirlers. The obtained mathematical models characterize all the main processes of fluid movement in various zones of the functioning of the hydrocyclone. Formulas for calculating the structures of hydrocyclone blocks are included. A block for swirling the flow of the liquid to be cleaned has been made in the form of a three-way screw. For the first time, wear-resistant and high-strength plastic ZEDEX ZX-324 has been used as a material. An experimental study was conducted and the change in the Reynolds number and the coefficient of fluid consumption was shown, using different constructions of the three-way screw. The research results confirmed the correctness and sufficiency of mathematical models for the development and production of block hydrocyclones

Reasons for the Formation of Non-Fibrous Inclusions When Preparing Basalt Fibers by the Duplex Method

    No full text
Materials based on basalt fiber are widely used as thermal insulating material. These materials have a number of advantages, including their low thermal conductivity and fire resistance due to their natural composition. However, there is a significant drawback in that the material contain non-fibrous inclusions. The solution to this problem would significantly improve the working conditions of workers engaged in the production of materials from basalt fiber, as well as workers engaged in construction and installation works. In addition, the research will help to make completely new products, such as special fireproof paper and sterile medical materials. This article focuses on the reasons for the formation of non-fibrous inclusions in the production of this kind of material. The technology of producing canvases from superthin fiber in the duplex way is studied. The analysis of the production process is made. Certain technological and structural parameters of the influence on the formation of such inclusions are identified. Experiments are carried out and conclusions are drawn given formation of non-fibrous inclusions of various geometric shapes for various factors. A mathematical model of the process under consideration is built. The article draws conclusion on the application of these developments in the production cycle of creating materials based on basalt fiber
