    International audienceThe study of the composition of wastewater from food industries such as: syrups of fruit, dried fruits (plums), cannery of sweet corn, olive oil production and fermented beverages ( 99%), (ii) an useful concentrated alcoholic solution and (iii) a concentrated by-product. The economical approach of this biophysical method whows the competitiveness when compared to biological treatments. Moreover, the re-use of ethanol, water and concentrate pay the running cost
