The Role of Tuan Guru Hasanain Juaini: A Study on the Role of Tuan Guru Hasanaian Juaini in Nurul Haramain Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren), West Lombok Regency

Tuan Guru on the island of Lombok since ancient times played multiple roles in the community, especially on the island of Lombok. In the years 1800-1899, based on history, the role Tuan Guru was more focused on efforts to unite people in their respective areas. Lastly, many Tuan Guru do not only do things in the religious field, but also in the education, social and also pay attention to the environment, as was done by Tuan Guru Hasanain Juaini. This research article raises the figure of Tuan Guru Hasanain Juaini who has phenomenal and unique abilities using descriptive qualitative role studies. This theme is interesting to research to determine the role of Tuan Guru Hasanaian Juaini as a leader in the fields of religion, social, economy and the environment. Tolerance Behavior Among Society in the city of Tomohon North Sulawesi

This study highlights the uniqueness of tolerance behavior practiced among society in city of Tomohon in North Sulawesi. There is such sustainable harmonious situation supported by the tolerance behavior within the diverse ethnicity, religion, races and lingual practices. The study uses qualitative approach and grounded theory as data analysis technique to analyze the identification of several social activities in society of Tomohon city. Those tolerance behaviors are clearly captured in various activities such as market trade, community gathering, wedding and funeral ceremony, and religious celebration day. Those kinds of social activities have been successfully accommodated the interaction among the people. Political investors: Political elite oligarchy and mastery of regional resources in Indonesia

The political investors in the regional head election in Indonesia are an interesting phenomenon to be studied, as not all candidates for regional head, whether governors, regents, or mayors, have the capital to financially support their candidacy. Meanwhile, the nomination fee from has been increasing. For instance, in one of the regencies in Indonesia, the cost has reached 30 billion rupiah. This provides opportunities for regional head candidates to be financed by other people or business groups, known as political investors. This research was conducted to determine the extended role of political investors in regional head elections. This descriptive qualitative research collected data through in-depth interviews and observations as well as online and paper documents. The results showed that political investors play an essential role in enabling regional head candidates to win, and that they in turn benefited from the elections

Commitment to Care CSR More than Mining in the Activities of Mineral and Coal Mining Industry in Indonesia

This writing aims to describe and describe the implementation of Regional Regulation of East Kutai No. 1 of 2017 on mineral and coal mining business activities of PT Kaltim Prima Coal. The method used in this paper is a qualitative method with case study approach. The author obtained data through secondary data by collecting data through literature study method. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. The results of this writing indicate that the implementation of corporate social responsibility or CSR conducted by PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) has been in accordance with the provisions of Regional Regulation of East Kutai No. 1 of 2017 on Corporate Social Responsibility and Environment, both in terms of principle and program activities. Policy implementation of Government Regulation No. 19 of 2015 at the Religious Affairs Office Sukun District in Malang City

This study is trying to find the answers of these: First: how is the implementation marriage or Rujuk cost policy based on Government Regulation No. 19 the Year 2015 On the Religious Affairs Office of the Sukun District of Malang City? Second, are there any factors that support and hinder costs policy implementation marriage or Rujuk to the Religious Affairs Office of the Sukun District of Malang City? The study was conducted using qualitative methods were tried to illustrate the full range of variables. Researchers utilize the resources documents, observation, and interviews so that they can build a comprehensive presentation for analysis. Data analysis is done by using the Interactive Method (Miles and Huberman) which includes: data collection, data presentation, and data reduction. These activities are carried out simultaneously, over and over again until it reaches saturation point. Data were taken from the Office of Religious Affairs of the Sukun District of Malang City as a unit in charge of technical affairs in marriage or Rujuk. This research found that as a policy implementer of Marriage or Rujuk costs has mapped the implementation of sound policies, furthermore it designs to implement the policy procedures cost. This study recommends the need for an increase in the means of socialization to the lower levels of society through public service advertisements on national television so that the public knows the regulations that exist in the Ministry of Religion, especially regarding marriage or reconciliation

Local Wisdom Si Tou Timou Tumou Tou In Forming Tolerance Of Tomohon City People of North Sulawesi

Since 1997 Indonesia has been hit by various conflicts. The conflict occurred in various regions in Indonesia, for example in Ambon, Papua, Kalimantan, Posso, and in other regions of Indonesia. The phenomena of conflict that occur in Indonesia today indicate a lack of tolerance; both tolerance for other religions and other cultures. Tomohon city as part of North Sulawesi Province also shows a harmonious and tolerant life. The people of Tomohon city vary from ethnicity, religion and language. The purpose of this study was to describe the local wisdom si tou timou tumou tou in shaping the tolerance attitude of the Tomohon city of North Sulawesi. This research is qualitative research with data sources are local communities and migrants, religious leaders and government. Data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research found that the local wisdom of Si Tou Timou Tumou Tou was instrumental in shaping the tolerance attitude of the Tomhon people of North Sulawes

Building collective awareness of self-help on the empowerment of PNPM-MP participatory-based

This study aims to analyze the implementation building of local community empowerment and self-help in order to provide paradigm solutions based on participative empowerment. Especially on the programs that directly touch the bottom community with the bottom up model. This research uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. Key informants were determined by using purposive sampling technique. Because the approach used is qualitative, the main instrument is the researcher himself using in-depth interview guides, participatory observation, and documentation. In order to obtain data degrees of confidence and certainty, then in checking the validity of the data it used triangulation technique. The result of the research shows that community perception toward PNPM program implementation is a program with funding from government which require self-supporting volunteers both energy and fund, although it is felt by society but it can generate collective awareness in self- help

Kajian mengenai tugas pokok dan fungsi kelembagaan di lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan

Pararadigma baru pengelolaan pemerintah daerah , pada dasar nya lebih di tekan kan pada manfaat dan pencapaian pelayanan prima kepada publik. Peraturan pemerintah no.8 tahun 2003, antara lain di buat untuk memperkuat gagasan tersebut dan fokus pada perampingan kelembagaan daerah. Pemerintah Kabupaten Paseuruan memiliki kelembagaan daerah yang cukup besar yaini terdiri dari 18 Dinas , 7 Badan dan 4 Kantor. Pembentukan kelembagaan tersebut sebagai mana tertuang dalam peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Pasuruan Nomor : 35 tahun 2001, pada kenyataan nya masih diperlukan penjabaran tugas pokok dan fungsi secara optimal . dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif serta pengumpulan data yang dilakukan secara maping terhadap semua tupoksi dinas, badan dan kantor yang ada , penelitian ini mengungkap beberapa hasil dominan antra lain : Peran Bappeda supaya dapat melakukan verifikasi terhadap setiap program atau perancanaan yg berasal dari instansi-instansi di lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Pasuruan. Penyusunan kelmbagaan sebagaimana tertuang dalam Peraturan daerah kabupaten pasuruan, diupayakan mencerminkan perubahan paradigma pemerintahan daerah , khususnya berkaitan kinerja aparaturnya sehingga penempatan personil pada struktur kelembagaan yang ada selalu mempertimbangkan prinsip the rigth man on the right place, melalui proses fit and proper test secara akurat dan benar. Disarankan agar perlu mempertimbangkan perampingan beberapa sub bidang, bahkan sub dinas yang kurang mamiliki relevansi tupoksinya, agar dapat menjadikan fungsi-fungsi kelembagaan lebih optimal

The capability of Medium-Small Enterprises (UKM) in Kabupaten Sumenep has been developed to penetrate local, regional, national markets and increase their export or face with imported products in domestic markets. However, such capability is determined by a combination of relative advantages possessed by each firm rather than their competitors. One of competitive advantages should be prepared by UKM in facing with competition in free market is technology mastery. This mastery is essentially necessary for growing up the capacity of UKM. In fact these medium and small enterprises in Kabupaten Sumenep are mostly in medium and small business scales and lacking of suffient technology support. As a result, the products they produce have less competence and low quality compared to the foreigners. In this case, they should continuously improve their capacity. The focus should be emphasized is their qualified human resources with work ethic, and high motivation and creativity, because the development of UKM requires a great deal of skills and experiences in order to encourage the attempt of developing its capacity.
