    The paper presents preliminary results of experiments on permeability of deuterium through a palladium-silver filter. For conduction of the present study a differential method was chosen. The method consists in following: during reactor experiment into ampoule device with eutectic sample a spectrally pure deuterium flux was supplied constantly through palladium-silver filter. The description of the experimental setup and palladium-silver filter is presented. In this paper, the results of diffusion coefficients calculations, solubility, permeability of deuterium through a palladium-silver filter, activation energies of these processes and Arrhenius dependence are presented. Based on the calculations the modes supply of deuterium flux into ampoule device for experiments with Pb-15.7Li eutectic is determined

    This article considers e-learning as one of the efficient technologies implemented in National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) for teaching Russian and foreign students. The paper introduces the courses designed for teaching General English. The authors have analyzed the results of e-learning implementation in TPU and identified the advantages and probable disadvantages of the technology. One of the most significant benefits of e-courses is optimization of learning technology, which contributes to efficient use of human and technological resources and enhances the national education system in general. Avoidance of the recognized disadvantages suggests a blended learning strategy

    Актуальность работы обусловлена наличием противоречия экспортного товарного потока добываемого сурьмяного сырья и тотальной импортозависимости России по товарным сурьмяным продуктам. Цель: изучение динамики товарных потоков (производства, импорта, экспорта, потребления) сурьмяного сырья в России, его цен (мировых и российских), сырьевой базы сурьмы России и перспектив ее национальной добычи и переработки. Методы: статистический, графический, логический. Результаты. Являясь одним из мировых лидеров добычи сурьмяного сырья (до 26 тыс. т/год), Россия практически не ведет его переработку и импортирует до 1 тыс. т/год металлической сурьмы и до 2 тыс. т/год оксидов сурьмы. Вывоз сурьмяного сырья превышает ввоз товарных сурьмяных продуктов в 1,9…8,4 раза. Сурьма в России является стратегическим видом минеральных продуктов с достаточной минерально-сырьевой базой и одновременно критическим продуктом ввиду тотальной импортозависимости при потреблении. Необходимо создание национального перерабатывающего сурьмяного производства с выпуском сурьмяных продуктов с большей прибавочной стоимостью. Текущая добыча сурьмяного сырья (месторождения Сарылах, Олимпиадинское) многократно перекрывает внутреннюю потребность в сурьмяных товарных продуктах. Возможно расширение добычи сурьмы путем вовлечения в эксплуатацию законсервированных (Сентачан, Жипкоша) и новых месторождений (Солонеченское), а также увеличение минерально-сырьевой базы за счет поисковых и геологоразведочных работ, в первую очередь, в пределах Восточно-Забайкальской и Сарылах-Сентачанской сурьмяноносных провинций. Возможно улучшение технологий переработки сурьмяного сырья (энергосбережения, гидрометаллургии, биоокисления) с целью снижения операционных издержек и повышения экологической безопасности производства сурьмяных продуктов.The relevance of the research is conditioned by the existence of contradiction between the export commodity flow of the extracted antimony raw materials and the total import dependence of Russia on commodity antimony products. Purpose: to study the dynamics of commodity flows (production, import, export, consumption) of antimony raw materials in Russia, their prices (world and Russian), the resource base of antimony in Russia, and the national economic prospects of its extraction and processing. Methods: statistical, graphical, and logical. Results. As one of the world leaders in the extraction of antimony raw materials (up to 26 thousand tons/year), Russia practically does not process them and imports up to 1 thousand tons/year of metallic antimony and up to 2 thousand tons/year of antimony oxides. The export of antimony raw materials exceeds the import of marketable antimony products by 1,9 ...8,4 times. Antimony in Russia is a strategic type of mineral product with a sufficient mineral resource base and at the same time a critical product due to the total dependence of imports on consumption. There is a need to create a national antimony processing industry producing antimony products with an extra surplus value. The current production of antimony raw materials (Sarylakh and Olimpiada deposits) many times overshadow the internal demand for antimony marketable products. It is possible to expand the production of antimony by bringing into operation the suspended (Sentachan, Zhipkosha) and new deposits (Solonechenskoy), as well as increasing the mineral resource base through prospecting and exploration, primarily within the East Transbaikal and Sarylakh-Sentachan antimony provinces. It is possible to improve the technologies for processing antimony raw materials (energy saving, hydrometallurgy, biooxidation) in order to reduce operating costs and increase the environmental safety of the production of antimony products
