The article deals with methods of actor`s evaluation. Practice shows that in Russia today, the main problem of the transition to the innovative way of development is the lack of an effective system of interaction between actors in the innovation system. To date, there is no single methodology for assessing the processes that take place between the actors of the innovation system

Design of a sensor cell line based on the germline version of the Hivspecific broadly neutralizing antibody 10E8

Identification of antigens driving affinity maturation of broadly neutralizing antibodies is one of the most challenging endeavors in the HIV vaccine development field. In order to isolate such candidate immunogens and to analyze whether they may activate B-cells expressing BCRs based on immature/germline forms of broadly neutralizing antibodies, a robust test system that faithfully recapitulates human B-cell biology would be indispensable. Thus, developing a human В-cell sensor line with surface expression of a germline variant of broadly neutralizing antibody 10E8 may represent one of the possible solutions

Dichalcogenides of transition metals are especially interesting. Majority of chalcoginides are semiconductors and some of them show interesting properties in certain regions of optical spectrum. Such properties allow application of these compounds in optico-electronics, radio-photonics, laser physics etc. Direct synthesis one of simple chalcogenides - rhenium disulphide - has been carried out from source components: metallic rhenium and elemental sulfur. In this research we used high temperature annealing at 1000 0C and the pressure of 10-5 atm in 24 hours. The synthesis was carried out in a sealed quartz ampoule. Photoelectron spectra and IR absorption spectra of molybdenum disulfide (IV) and rhenium disulfide (IV) were measured during the research. We shows that rhenium disulfide (IV) crystallize in CdI2 structural type. S2p sulfur bond energy for molybdenum disulfide (IV) and rhenium disulfide (IV) are at almost identical values. IR spectrum analysis shows that rhenium disulfide (IV) structure compared with molybdenum disulfide (IV)

The role of electrophoretic deposition method in the creation of a biocomposit based on hydroxyapatite layers and silver nanoparticles

In this work, multifunctional three-layered biocomposite on the basis of hydroxyapatite coatings and silver nanoparticles has been fabricated through the use of nanofabrication techniques. Radio-frequency magnetron sputtering was used to prepare the first and third layers of hydroxyapatite coating on titanium and on silver nanoparticles, respectively. Electrophoretic deposition method was used to prepare the antibacterial layer of silver nanoparticles. Poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP)-stabilized silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) had a spherical shape with a diameter of the metallic core of 70±20 nm and ζ -potential -20 mV. The diffraction patterns of the biocomposites revealed the peaks of crystalline HA and metallic silver (Ag). XRD patterns revealed that the AgNPs are crystalline with the crystallite size of appr. 14 nm
