Leveraging Resources Between the Senior Community Service Employment Program and the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program
This report describes a project that sought to determine the role the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) might play in supporting the Long-Term Care Ombudsman in their expanded role in the HOME Choice Transitions program.
