The Growing Importance of Teaching Soft Skills in Accounting Classes

Soft skills continue to grow in importance for accounting professionals and students and are vitally important aspects of employment and advancement in the accounting profession. Many professionals feel accountants need to possess adequate soft skills to excel in the workplace. Today’s significant question is how professors can adequately teach technical accounting and include soft skills to prepare students for their future careers in accounting.
