    Basic principles and conditions of training reflective teachers at university

    © 2016 Biktagirova.This article aims at revealing the basic principles and conditions for the preparation of a reflective teacher in classical university. On the basis of theoretical research, analysis of psychological and educational literature and great educational experience, the fundamental principles of preparation of students as future professional reflective teachers are revealed. The article deals with the theoretical and methodological basis of the current reseatch, presents the main arguments for the training of a future reflective teacher in a classical university. The paper discusses the feasibility of conditions based on the integration of the principles presented in various forms of active learning (i.e. business games, design, problem solving, microcharacterization, workshops, discuyive lectures, lectures-dialogues and practice throughout the learning process, etc.). Also forms of activity and simulation of various types of social interaction were studied. The ability to develop a criterial restructuring of activity is provided and the way to self-cognition and self-development is opened

Leading forms and methods in the study of this problem are the observation, interviews, questionnaires, psychological tests and pedagogical experiment that allows to verify the effectiveness of the proposed content, forms and methods of family values formation among students. The article deals with the timeliness and importance of the problem of family values formation among the students; the potential of the “Family Pedagogy” discipline; the current state of the problem in the psychological and educational literature; particular components of family values, the basic stages of its formation among students; theoretical and experimental study of the family values formation among the students in the framework of “Family Pedagogy” discipline, proves the effectiveness of the developed program for the family values formation. The paper experimentally proved the need to develop and test a variety of forms and methods for the family values formation among the students with the use of social and educational potential of the “Family Pedagogy” course

The author presents teenagers' views about family traditions at the present stage. Experimental work was organized at the Institute of Psychology and Education of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.     Development of emotional sphere of preschool children

Leading methods in the study of the discussed problem are observation, interviews, questionnaires, evaluating the experience of pedagogical activity, psychological testing and pedagogical experiment that allow to verify effectiveness of the proposed program. The article discusses the role of preschool educational institutions in the development of emotional sphere of preschool children; it also defines forms and methods for facilitating the expansion of the range of conscious emotions and development of child’s emotional well-being (exercises, games, discussions, staging, theatrical story, training, therapeutic activities, etc.); criteria and levels of emotional sphere of children. Effectiveness of the integrated program is examined and proved. The article is of interest to the organization of methodological and empirical provision of this process in a system of preschool education

The aim of the study was the theoretical basis and experimental testing of the training program to form the students’ readiness for parenthood. The article deals with the relevance of the problem, defining parenting in psychological, educational, social and philosophical literature, the study of the problem in Russia, research methodology and experimental study on the issue. During the research we have developed and tested a training program. The results of pedagogical experiment allow to come to the conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed program “I am a Future Parent”

    Development of the teachers' pedagogical reflection

    The need for changes in modern education requires formation of teachers' reflexive position in pedagogical activity. The article considers reflection as a pedagogical phenomenon, describes technological conditions and stages of the teachers' pedagogical reflection development. The levels of teachers' pedagogical reflection are characterized, as well as the corresponding types of teachers and pedagogical reflection component structure. The empirical study consisted of ascertaining and formative experiment. Experimental (150 people) and a control group of respondents (170 people) were formed from the teachers of secondary schools in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. Pedagogical monitoring was performed using the authors' procedures determining the level of pedagogical reflection, questioning, interviewing, as well as A.V. Karpov's procedures for determining the reflexivity. Formative experiment suggested in the implementation of the developed technological conditions. The results of the experimental work confirmed the effectiveness of the development of pedagogical reflection using the reflective learning and technological conditions of its implementation

    Education policy of the Russian Federation in teaching co-official languages

The system of education considered from this viewpoint can protect and develop the regional languages. The aim of the paper is to expose the modern tendencies in the Russian Federation education policy regarding learning and teaching the co-official languages so as to elaborate new approaches of enhancing their functional potential development through the education system. The aim fulfillment required using the methods of the statistic and contrastive analysis, synthesis and modeling that allowed having all-round view of the Russian Federation co-official languages employment in the education process considering the new Federal Education Standards. The analysis carried out estimates and notes the discrepancy in the hours for co-official languages learning in primary school after the new Education Standards for each year of primary school coming into force. That allows foreseeing further development of co-official language learning and elaborating recommendations on the process enhancement. The paper materials present a practical interest for enhancing the education policy in the RF regions, developing curriculums and programs for primary school. The research results can serve as a practical material when planning work for education authorities, teaching staff and politicians interested in boost of co-language teaching efficiency and using them as an education tool
