The Henley-Horrocks inventory
The Botetourt Bibliographical Society was an interest group of the Earl Gregg Swem Library at the College of William and Mary in the mid-20th century. The general purpose of the Botetourt Publications is to make available a series of annual checklists describing eighteenth century Virginia libraries.An inventory of the books of William & Mary president Rev. James Horrocks purchased by the College of William & Mary after his death. The manuscript document is in the hand of William & Mary professor Samuel Henley. The books listed related to mathematics, not sermons as were advertised in the notice of the sale of the collection
