    Validated Analytical Methods for The Simultaneous Estimation of Cefpodoxime Proxetil and Ambroxol Hydrochloride by Uv Spectrophotometry and Rp-Hplc in Bulk and Tablet Dosage Form.

    The present study containing Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl in tablets, this combination recently entered into the market. Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl in combined dosage form used in treatment of respiratory tract infections. In the view of the literature cited for the quantification of Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl, it was found that the method for estimation of Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl individually and in combination with other drugs were available. No method available for the simultaneous estimation of Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl in combined dosage form. Hence in the present work, the aim is to develop a simple, precise and accurate methods for the estimation of Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl in bulk and in combined pharmaceutical dosage form and to validate the developed methods by UV spectrophotometry and RP – HPLC. Validation of Developed method; The developed method should be validated as per ICH guidelines. The parameters used to validate the developed method are; Accuracy, Precision, Linearity, Range, Repeatability, Reproducibility, Limit of Detection, Limit of Quantification, Ruggedness. The system suitability parameters like Capacity factor, Asymmetry factor, Tailing factor, Theoretical plates, HETP and Resolution should be calculated for RP – HPLC chromatograms and compared with standard values. Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl in combination used in treatment of lower respiratory tract infections. A rapid, precise and accurate analytical method for the simultaneous estimation of Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl in formulation (FINECEF- AM TAB) was developed. FINECEF- AM TAB has been selected for study, which containing Cefpodoxime proxetil eq. to Cefpodoxime 100 mg and 60 mg of Ambroxol HCl. The methods proposed for this combination of drugs are UV spectrophotometric method for the estimation of Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl in combined dosage form by Simultaneous equation method, Area under the curve method and Derivative spectroscopic method. All the above methods do not suffer from any interference due to common excipients. It indicates that methods were accurate. Therefore the proposed methods could be successfully applied to estimate commercial pharmaceutical products containing Cefpodoxime proxetil and Ambroxol HCl. Thus the above study’s findings would be helpful to the analytical chemists to apply the analytical methods for the routine analysis of the analyte in pharmaceutical dosage forms

    Traffic places very crucial role in metropolitan cities. In this paper we introduce a intelligent traffic light control system. The proposed system is used to control traffic in very efficient manner. As per our traffic signals there are three lights red, green and orange, but in our proposed system we introduced six lights each side, i.e. two red, two green and two orange. First three lights are used to control the traffic in forward direction and other three lights are used to control the free left. In some emergencies the free left can be used to allow ambulance, fire engine ,VIP vehicles and canvas etc  This Intelligent traffic light control system is reduce the traffic by using free left  and It is used to allow ambulance, VIP’s, etc. The proposed system is implemented in Xilinx and dumped in sparton3E future

    The purpose of this study is to calculate the WSe2 layer thickness using reflectance spectra and comparison with graphene using wavelength in the Novel 2D material reflectance spectra Using nanoHUB.org, the study’s data was gathered. According to clinicalcalc.com, samples were categorized as (N=20) for WSe2 layers and (N=20) for graphene layers. The total sample size was calculated while maintaining the following values: alpha error-threshold value = 0.05, enrollment ratio = 0.1, 95% confidence interval = 80%, and G-power = 80%. Comparison is done by independent sample test using SPSS software. There is a statistically significant difference in the thickness of the WSe2 layer and Graphene layer with (p=.001, p<0.05).WSe2 layer (3.4717) showed better results in comparison to the graphene layer (2.0669). The WSe2 layers has more thickness when compared to graphene layers

    High-resolution mass spectroscopy (HRMS) is a valuable method for evaluating complex and time-consuming matrices, such as human breath, and it's employed to determine the structure's precise mass and chemical structure and elemental composition and identify unknowns and a powerful analytical separation technique. High-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS) detects sample matrix to within 0.001 unit of atomic mass. HRMS instrumentation's enhanced resolution allows it to produce fragmentation patterns, which enhances the precision of chemical formula prediction and database comparison for allows for the detection. TOF, Orbitrap, and FT-ICR mass detectors all seem to have a great mass high resolution which may be utilised to achieve maximum data. High-resolution mass spectrometry employs devices able to accurately detecting the density of substances towards the third or fourth significant digit. The Benefit of HR-MS the effectiveness of the approach in the evaluation of complicated mixtures to offer the high peak load required to deliver the accurate molecular weight of the subcomponents. In the following paper, we propose a Home Automation system that uses a wholesome blending of some technologies like Internet of Things, Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning. The prime feature of this system is that, it provides two modes of communication to the user : Text and Voice. The text input from the user will be given via a Chatbot Application and the voice input from the user will be given via a voice assistant. The input will undergo Natural Language Processing to find the action that the user wants the system to perform. The IoT component, Raspberry Pi would perform the actuations in the form of switching On or Off of Lights and Fans of a room in the house

    Multiple developmental dental anomalies in a nonsyndromic patient: A rare case report

    The present case report illustrates a rare occurrence of multiple dental anomalies in a healthy 12-year-old patient including anomalies of shape and number of teeth. The developmental dental anomalies noticed in the present case scenario are dens invaginatus, taurodontism, radix entomolaris, supernumerary teeth, and pulp stones seen in multiple teeth. It is not rare to notice these anomalies individually, but their combination is rare in a single, non-syndromic patient. This report also signifies the importance of thorough extra-intra-oral and radiographic examinations of patients with dental anomalies

    Multiple methods of dentin translucency for age estimation

    Background: Age estimation is an essential part of forensic odontology and many methods are available with variable accuracy. However, the research is going on to find the simple and most reliable method. Objectives: By measuring the length and area of root dentin translucency in extracted tooth specimens manually and digitally, and comparing them, this study aims to find the most reliable technique of age assessment. Materials and Methods: One-hundred and twenty-five single-rooted extracted human permanent teeth were selected for the study. In both unsectioned and sectioned teeth, the total length of root dentin translucency was manually measured using a digital vernier caliper. Then, in a ground-sectioned tooth specimen, the total length and area of root dentin translucency were measured digitally using a scanner scale and computer software. Both the methods were compared. Results: In both manual and digital approaches, the length and area of root dentin translucency grew with age, from younger to older age groups. On comparing the measurements, the correlation coefficient was somewhat higher for digital area measurements than other measurements (r = 0.985). Conclusion: The digital technique outperforms the traditional way for calculating age, and furthermore, measuring the area in the digital method for age estimation has shown to be more accurate
