Prospects of Successful Climate Aid - A case study of Nepal
This thesis explores the prospects of successful climate aid, when held against themixed results conventional aid has historically been able to deliver. The thesis isbased on Nepal as a case and post-development theory. It concludes that betterresults than those conventional development aid historically has delivered cannot beexpected. This is based on three factors: 1. Western-centric biases dominate thegovernment of Nepal, 2. The government is lacking capacity on L&D and in particularon NELD, and 3. High levels of corruption
