CARACTERISATION DE QUELQUES VARIETES D'ABRICOTIER (PRUNUS ARMENIACA L.) DANS LA REGION DE M'CHOUNECHE WILAYA DE BISKRA

En Algérie durant la dernière décennie, la culture de l’abricotier a connu une extension remarquable. La superficie est passéede 13.040 ha en 1995 à 40.000 ha en 2005 et la production respectivement de 41.233 qx à 100.000 qx. (F.A.O., 2005)(Résultats d'un jeune verger)Avec l’avènement du nouveau programme du développement de l’agriculture (PNDA), la culture des rosacées à noyaux enparticulier l’abricotier a pris un relais considérable dans certaines régions du pays.Dans la wilaya de Biskra, le développement de la culture de Prunus arméniaca L. est localisé dans deux zones distinctes,l’une à l’Ouest et l’autre à l’Est du chef lieu de la wilaya. C’est dans cette dernière que nous avons mené ce travail.L’étude s'intéresse à la caractérisation de certaines variétés d’abricotier dans la région de M'chouneche située à 35 km Est deBiskra. En se basant sur un descripteur UPOV, 2005, relatif à l'abricotier, on a caractérisé certains paramètres morphologiquesdes feuilles et des fruits. The culture of the apricot tree knew a remarkable extension in Algeria during the last decade.
