Curie Temperatures for Three-Dimensional Binary Ising Ferromagnets

Using the Swendsen and Wang algorithm, high accuracy Monte Carlo simulations were performed to study the concentration dependence of the Curie temperature in binary, ferromagnetic Ising systems on the simple-cubic lattice. Our results are in good agreement with known mean-field like approaches. The article describes some approaches aimed at explaining the essence of the psychological culture, at stating its components and the functions it performs. The social-psychological training is suggested as a means of mastering the process of the managers’ psychological culture formation. Авторская методика диагностики лидерской позиции

The article discusses the leadership diagnostics methods suggested by the author. It states the leadership determinants and analyses the way they influence the degree the leadership may be effective to. While researching the author has found out that there is some link between one’s emotional intelligence and his leadership characteristics. The developed leadership diagnostics methods are said to be of help for psychologists working in some educational establishments, institutions while conducting their trainings.В статье рассматривается авторская методика диагностики лидерства, описываются детерминанты лидерства, определяется их влияние на эффективность лидерства.
