Carsharing in der Flaeche (CIF). Machbarkeitsstudie Abschlussbericht

The present feasibility study about 'Car-sharing in rural areas' is the joint production of a project consortium from science and practice. The consortium was composed of two chairs in the field of business management of the Carl von Ossietzky University (Chair for general business management studies, company management and business-related environmental policy, Prof. Dr. Reinhard Pfriem and the Chair for general business management studies, sales and marketing, Prof. Dr. Thorsten Raabe), a Chair in the field of traffic science of the Technical University of Dresden (Chair for traffic ecology, Prof. Dr. Udo J. Becker) as well as the federal association Carsharing (bcs) (Martin Stutzbach). The joint target of the working group members was to justify a 'model experiment Carsharing in rural areas' and to test it in terms of feasibility. The question whether the Carsharing concept can be transferred from conurbations to rural areas is supposed to be investigated in a most extensive scientific framework and at the same time closely oriented to the practice by means of a model experiment as research approach. (orig.)Die vorliegende Machbarkeitsstudie zum 'Carsharing in der Flaeche' ist die Gemeinschaftsproduktion eines Projektkonsortiums aus Wissenschaft und Praxis. Es setzte sich zusammen aus zwei betriebswirtschaftlichen Lehrstuehlen der Carl von Ossietzky Universitaet Oldenburg (Lehrstuhl fuer ABWL, Unternehmensfuehrung und betriebliche Umweltpolitik Prof. Dr. Reinhard Pfriem und Lehrstuhl fuer ABWL, Absatz und Marketing, Prof. Dr. Thorsten Raabe), einem verkehrswissenschaftlichen Lehrstuhl der TU Dresden (Lehrstuhl fuer Verkehrsoekologie, Prof. Dr. Udo J. Becker) sowie dem Bundesverband Carsharing (bcs) (Martin Stutzbach). Gemeinsamens Ziel der Arbeitsgruppenmitglieder war es, einen 'Modellversuch Carsharing in der Flaeche' zu begruenden und hinsichtlich seiner Machbarkeit zu pruefen. Mit Hilfe eines solchen Modellversuchs als Forschungsansatz soll die Frage nach der Uebertragbarkeit des Carsharingkonzepts von Ballungszentren auf die 'Flaeche' in einem moeglichst umfassenden Rahmen wissenschaftlich und gleichzeitig praxisnah untersucht werden. Proposal to Study Electroproduction with Coincidence Techniques at High Energies

Using the large aperture spectrometer of proposal 144 and the electron beam with the tagging system removed we propose to study deep inelastic electron scattering at incident electron energies between 50 and 150 GeV, for values of q{sup 2} between 1 and 20 Gev{sup 2}/c and {nu} between 10 and 130 GeV. The spectrometer will detect not only the scattered electron but also most of the secondary particles
