The Perception of Europeanization in Public Institutions: the Imagery of the

This study deals with the Europeanization of institutional players after Romania's accession to the European Union. Based on a constructivist model of analysis, the study highlights the perception of European rules in three public institutions whose fields of activity are based on specific European regulations and policies. How are the "internal rules" reconstructed within the profession and the institution and how do these players build a European identity in the public space, by defining certain priorities, by outlining social critiques or "general interest" issues? How exactly do institutions problematize the application of Community regulations in their professional field and in society at large? By adopting the discourse analysis method the study shows that accession did not generate essential changes with respect to institutional construction (new practices, a different institutional "policy", etc.). The change of status - through the accession to the EU - has not always been followed by the application of strategies on how to use European regulations

ANALYSIS OF LIVESTOCK AT REGIONAL LEVEL IN ROMANIA

In Romania the livestock sector generates significant outputs for the agricultural and the national economy. Geographical distribution of the livestock production systems varies between regions of development, due local traditions, production conditions, and consumer choices options. This paper analysis the livestock sector at regional level for all animal species considered for production. For the research method, based on regional analysis has been considered statistical approach, based of national database for year 2011. The results indicates different concentration of livestock at regional level, even if animal density per 100 ha was calculate in order to consider the different dimension of agriculture land of each region

THE ROMANIAN EXTERNAL TRADE IN LIVE ANIMALS AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS

In terms of foreign trade, in Romania there were some major changes over the past 20 years. In this paper we have focused on the Romanian external trade. The products which have been taken into account were live animals and animal products. Thus, we have made an analyse on the Romanian imports and exports at the global level and at the European level. Focused on the animal products, on the global level, there were registered major differences during the first seven years in the analysed period. Breaking by branches, we have pointed out huge distinctions between imports and exports, where the balance of trade was completely negative. Meanwhile, to have a good view on the international trade there were made links, based on some indexes between imports, exports, GDP and investments

Our World as an Expanding Shell

In the model where the Universe is considered as a thin shell expanding in 5-dimensional hyper-space there is a possibility to have just one scale for a particle theory corresponding to the Universe thickness.
