M.   This study aims to determine the analysis of product diversification on purchasing decisions at the Seruit Hj Restaurant. Yohana Metro City. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about product variety, product size and product shape towards purchasing decisions. Then processed with SPSS version 22 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine product variety, product size and product shape on purchasing decisions. The results showed that simultaneously product variety, product size and product form Partial research showed that product variety had a positive and significant effect, product size had a positive and significant effect and product form had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.     Based on the field findings, it is found that the problems that occur are the decrease in the level of tourist visits at Sari Rutut Beach on weekdays, and the lack of success in increasing tourism objects due to ineffective promotions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and promotion on the level of domestic tourist visits to Sari Rutut Beach in Pesawaran Regency. This research is a quantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research, and advertising and promotion as independent variables and the level of domestic tourist visits as the dependent variable. The technique of determining the sample is accidental sampling, as many as 73 visitors were met at the time of the study. As a measurement tool used 60 questionnaire items with Likert scale measurement and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study using the t test (partial) showed the value of the effect of advertising on the level of tourist visits, namely tcount> ttable (1.673 1.669), and the value of the effect of promotion on the level of tourist visits, namely tcount> t table (2.606 1,669). While the f test (simultaneous) shows the value of the effect of advertising and promotion simultaneously on the level of tourist visits, namely fcount> ftabel (11.284> 3.737). From the calculation of the R square value, the ability of the independent variable to explain the variance of the dependent variable is 63.5%, which means that 36.5% of the variance of the dependent variable is explained by other factors not examined

    In the face of increasingly fierce business competition, businessmen are required to be able to develop their business appropriately. In business development there are a number of tasks and processes aimed at achieving good business opportunities. Chicken farming business is a type of business that has very good potential in the world economy. This study aims to determine matters related to internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) as well as to determine the strategy for developing a broiler business in Bangun Rejo Village, Gunung Sugih District. The researcher used a qualitative research design. The subject of this research is the owner of a chicken slaughterhouse in Bangun Rejo Village, Kotagajah District. The object of this research is the analysis of the development strategy of the broiler business. Data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. This research was analyzed using IFAS and EFAS methods, IE matrix, SWOT matrix. The results showed that the internal environmental conditions in the form of strength were high quality products, affordable prices, using direct distribution channels, very optimal promotions, high employee job satisfaction, conducive working conditions. The weakness of this business is that the products produced are less varied, the pricing is different, the delegation of tasks is still weak. External conditions concerning opportunities are able to increase job opportunities, increase people's income, get support from the community.     Pengaruh Produk Harga Promosi Dan Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Toko RP Shop Di Metro

    The more choice of stores there are, there are many things that consumers should consider in choosing to shop at a trusted store. Currently, most consumers change their mindset in using a product. Someone in spending money often prioritizes wants over needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of products, prices, promotions and services on consumer buying interest in Rp Shop in Metro. This type of quantitative research is numerical and qualitative data is material. Data collection techniques were by conducting library research and field with survey techniques and using questionnaires. Sampling using accidental sampling technique obtained 80 respondents. Data analysis used Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS Version 20). The results of the discussion were that the Product tscore = 0.281  ttable = 1.665, Price tscore = 2.562 > ttable = 1.665, Promotion tscore = 2.831, > ttable = 1.665 and Service tscore = 2.313 > Ttabel = 1,665 . The results of the discussion that has been done show that the product has no effect on consumer buying interest. Meanwhile, prices, promotions and services have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. The F test shows that the value of Fscore = 3.321> Ftable value of 3.117, it can be concluded that product, price, promotion and service variables together have an influence on buying interest, thus Rp Shop must still pay attention to products, prices, promotions and services to increase consumer buying interest

    The rapid number of food needs has made entrepreneurs in the culinary field in Indonesia compete to set up businesses because with this, entrepreneurs in the culinary field can become one of the supports for the existing economic structure in Indonesia. This has become one of the motivations for entrepreneurs in various regions without exception, one of them in the city of Metro Lampung to carry out business activities in the culinary field. One of the places to eat in the city of Metro is the Tiwul Hut Restaurant. As for the formulation of the problem in this study, namely "Is there a partial or simultaneous influence between price,   service and online promotion on purchasing decisions at the Gubuk Tiwul restaurant". From these problems, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, service and online promotion on purchasing decisions at the Tiwul Hut restaurant. The method in this research is quantitative. The technique used in data collection using a questionnaire. Then in data analysis using quantitative methods, the data collected is then processed and analyzed using SPSs. Based on data analysis using SSS, the conclusion in this study is that between price, service and online promotion, only services have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at the Gubuk Tiwul restaurant, while simultaneously prices, services and online promotions have a positive and significant effect together. -same on the purchase decision at the Gubuk Tiwul restaurant. Terutama di masa pandemi covid-19 sangat layak jika peningkatan jumlah pengunjung shopee mengalami peningkatan yang cukup tinggi, karena kebutuhan hidup semakin meningkat dan akan selalu bertambah setiap harinya namun tidak dapat melakukan perbelanjaan secara offline, sehingga berbelanja secara online menjadi alternative bagi masyarakat untuk memenuhi setiap kebutuhan dan keinginan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni explanatory survey. Metode explanatory survey digunakan untuk memprediksi dan menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh dari suatu variabel ke variabel lainnya .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh promosi (X1), kemudahan (X2), harga (X3) dan kenyamanan (X4) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada toko online Shopee. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi dan harga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian . Sedangkan kemudahan dan kenyamanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. The method used in this research is explanatory survey. The explanatory survey method is used to predict and explain the relationship or influence of one variable to another. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion (X1), easiness (X2), price (X3) and convenience (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) on Shopee's online shop. The results of this study indicate that promotion and price do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.     This study aims to see the effect of job training, employee empowerment and work environment on employee performance at the Federal International Finance (FIF) Kotabumi.This research was conducted on FIF Kotabumi employees in 2020. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about job training, employee empowerment, work environment and employee performance. Then processed with SPSS version 16 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity.This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis tools, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of job training, employee empowerment and work environment on FIF employee performance.The results showed that simultaneously job training, employee empowerment and work environment on employee performance. Research partially shows that job training has no positive and significant effect, while employee empowerment and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.     Migrant workers have became a phenomenon for the government. They have been considered as foreign exchange heroes for the government but on the contrary there is something untouchable thing after they have done their contracts. Do they will decide to continue their contracts or cut off their contracts and go back to Indonesia with all the problems embedded to them. Entreprenuership is one of the solution for them as their provision skill after they go back to Indonesia and not working as migrant workers anymore. Based on the problem, an alternative model must be found for the problem solver. The Objectives of this research is to make an entrepreneurship development model for the migrant workers. The specifif objectives for the research is to implement the entrepreneurship development model for the migrant worker that can be used by migrant workers. The Research method used for the research is multiple case study. The collecting data method used for the research is combinating approach (triangulation). There are survey, observation, field study PRA (Participatory rural appraisal) and action research.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah citra merek, kepercayaan dan harga berpengarpositif terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Legacy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adapenelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analiregresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui variabel dependen dan independen dengan alat bantu progrkomputer yaitu SPSS 22 for Windows. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah 1) Variacitra merek tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) variabel kepercayaan secsimultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) variabel harga secara simultan berpengaterhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) secara simultan variabel citra merek, kepercayaan dan haberpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Legacy
