Plan de negocios para la producción y comercialización de la tuna (Opuntia ficus-indica), para el departamento de comercialización, para el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Provincia De Chimborazo

El presente trabajo de investigación es un estudio Plan de Negocios para la producción y comercialización de la tuna (opuntia ficus-indica), para el departamento de comercialización, para el gobierno autónomo descentralizado de la provincia de Chimborazo, el objetivo de la propuesta es determinar que factible es la creación de la empresa que comercializa la tuna , identificando las necesidades insatisfechas de los clientes potenciales, procurando ofrecer un servicio que logre una marcada fidelidad y cuya rentabilidad justifique la inversión. La puesta en marcha del proyecto, se logrará a través de la asociación de un grupo de personas del cantón Guano y cuyo capital es a través de la asociación mismo que permitirá aprovechar las oportunidades mismas del mercado. Para analizar la factibilidad se realizaron los siguientes estudios: de mercado el cual determinó que existe demanda insatisfecha la misma que la empresa cubrirá el 50%, en el estudio técnico se determinó el tamaño y la capacidad está basada en la cantidad de tónico, se determinó la ubicación de la empresa en el cantón Guano, en lo administrativo legal se constituye como empresa unipersonal bajo la Superintendencia de Compañías. De acuerdo a la viabilidad encontrada tanto en el área legal, operativa, de producción y económica, se recomienda llevar acabo la ejecución del proyecto.This research is a study about Plan Business for the production and marketing of tuna (Opuntia ficus-indica), for the marketing department, for decentralized self-government of the province of Chimborazo, the objective of the proposal is to determine what feasible is the creation of the company that sells the tuna, identifying unmet needs of potential customers, trying to offer a service that achieves a marked loyalty and whose profitability justifies the investment. The way to start this project, is achieved through the combination of a group of people in Guano’s canton and whose capital is through the same partnership that will allow them to take advantage of market opportunities. To analyze the feasibility of the following studies it conducted: market which determined that there is unmet demand the same that the company will cover 50% in the technical study the size and capacity determined is based on the amount of toner it was determined the location of the company in Guano, as legal administrative constitutes as a single company under the Superintendency of Companies. According to the feasibility found both in the legal, operational, production and economic area, it´s recommended to carry out project implementation
