Foreign-Body Reaction Mimicking Postneurosurgical Infection After Cranioplasty

The case of a 57-year-old woman who suffered a fall is presented. After a polymethyl malacrylate revision cranioplasty, she presented with signs, symptoms, and intraoperative findings consistent with postneurosurgical infection.
