In fact, due to the lack of proper knowledge about the social media and growing trend for social media, in this research, we decided to survey behavior of  Instagram users towards brands who are active in the social media  or how marketing on Instagram work in order to reach customer? For this purpose, an online questionnaire distributed randomly between 80 users of Instagram application. Results were evaluated in two parts, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics inference. The results of inferential statistics indicate that people are looking for brand awareness and are curious about the messages of the brand. The study showed that there is a significant relationship between commenting on posts and brand awareness

Background: The novel coronavirus has spread rapidly worldwide, with exceptionally high mortality in the elderly. Patients with hip fracture have an average age of 80 years, with an estimated 2.8 comorbidities per patient. This study aims to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on hip fracture care services and the associated mortality rate. Methods: PubMed, Medline, and Google Scholar databases were searched for relevant studies linked to mortality in COVID-19 patients who have undergone hip surgeries using the keywords “COVID-19” OR “SARS-cov-2” OR “Coronavirus Infections”; AND “Surgery” OR “Hip” OR “Fracture” OR “Orthopedics.” We included all patients with hip fractures but excluded pathological fractures and other non-traumatic hip pathologies 30 studies for the final review were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: 30 studies were included in the review. The overall mortality was 10.52%. There was a significant difference in the mortality rate between patients with positive and negative tests and between the operative patients who tested positive and the operative patients who tested negative. Conclusions: COVID-19-infected elderly patients with hip fractures have a higher mortality rate than non-COVID-19 infected cases. Further studies are warranted to examine the morbidity and mortality rates in COVID-19-positive patients with hip fractures and investigate how these outcomes can be improved

Background: This study introduced a service-oriented nursing supervisor strategy to increase the performance efficiency of different hospital wards. The efficiency of this strategy in 12 wards under the supervision of 12 supervisors was evaluated using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Materials and Methods: The efficiency of the service-oriented nursing supervisor strategy was evaluated using DEA. This study aims to evaluate the relative efficiency of hospital wards before and after implementing the service-oriented nursing supervisor strategy at Milad hospital. Data were evaluated using two basic models of data envelopment analysis technique, i.e., CCR and BCC output-oriented methods. Then, the relative performance efficiencies of 12 wards in 2 periods, including the first half of 2020 (before service-oriented nursing supervisor strategy) and the second half of 2020 (after service-oriented nursing supervisor strategy) were analyzed. Finally, efficient wards were ranked using the Anderson-Peterson method based on the results. Results: According to the CCR output-oriented method, after implementing service-oriented nursing supervisor strategy, Urology, Gastroenterology, and Neurosurgery wards, as well as ENT, had the highest and lowest efficiency rates, respectively. Based on the BCC output-oriented method, Urology, Renal Transplant, Neurosurgery, and Gynecology wards had the highest efficiency in performance, while ENT had the lowest efficiency. Conclusion: In conclusion, the findings of this study offer a service-oriented nursing supervisor strategy that improves the efficiency of different wards of the hospital
