Features of a state of immune system for neonatal in dependence of character of microbial colonization in the early period the postnatal adaptation
The purpose of examination: to estimate immunological features of the early period of adaptation in dependence of character of microbial colonization neonatal, whose mothers were resident carriers of a conditionally - pathogenic microflora. Material and methods: the immunological survey of neonatal children, whose mothers were resident carriers of a golden staphylococcus was made. 9 of them were with normal microflora of an intestine and 11 of them were with dysbiosis of an intestine. The comparison group were 30 neonatals from the healthy mothers. Stady results: fixed, that the postnatal colonization neonatals, whose the mothers were the resident carriers of a golden staphylococcus, by normal microflora initiates an activation of systemic immunodefence to terminating the earty period of adaptation, and the colonization of an intestine by a conditionally - pathogenic microflora exponentiates immunological alterations elevating hazard of development of contagions. It is necessary to take it into account as a choice of tactics of treatment.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ: ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡΡ ΠΈΠΌΠΌΡΠ½ΠΎΠ»ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠ΅ ΠΎΡΠΎΠ±Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΡΠ°Π½Π½Π΅Π³ΠΎ ΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΈΠΎΠ΄Π° Π°Π΄Π°ΠΏΡΠ°ΡΠΈΠΈ Π² Π·Π°Π²ΠΈΡΠΈΠΌΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΎΡ Ρ

The characteristics of a perinatal period in extremely low birth weight babies from women with overcome miscarriage
Nursing outcomes were evaluated in 110 extremely low birth weight infants to study the characteristics of a maternal reproductive history, the conditions of fetal development, and their early neonatal period. The babies from women with a history of miscarriage were significantly frequently recorded to have severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia, generalized pyoseptic diseases, CNS lesions as grades IIβIII intraventricular bleeding
Pro- and anti-inflammatory mediators in neonates with perinatal pathology
Objective: to determine the levels pro- and anti-inflammatory mediators in children with perinatal pathology over time during an early adaptation period. The results of examination were analyzed in 53 newborn infants with perinatal pathology, including 18 babies with intrauterine infection, 20 with perinatal central nervous system (CNS) lesion, and 15 with birth asphyxia and no infectious or neurological diseases. A control group consisted of 30 healthy newborn infants with the physiological course of the early adaptation period. Enzyme immunoassay was used to determine the umbilical cord and peripheral blood levels of intercellular communication mediators (pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, acute-phase proteins) on 5β7 days of life. The reduction in interleuMn (IL)-ip, tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a), and IL-10 levels, which was associated with the elevated umbilical cord blood concentrations of interferon-Y (IFN-y) and IL-6, was ascertained to be a result of neonatal hypoxic changes. The distinctive characteristic of the cytokine profile in the infants with intrauterine infection is the detection of birth hypercytokinemia (IL-6 and IL-8 levels of more than 70 pg/ml) in conjunction with the high acute-phase protein concentration that is retained during the early adaptation period. The specific features of development of an immune response in the newborn infants with perinatal CNS injury are significant increases in the level of IL-8 within the first week of life and in the concentration of C-reactive protein on 5β7 days of life
