Π‘ΠΏΠ΅ΠΊΡΡ ΡΠ°Π·ΠΎΠ²ΡΡ ΡΡΠΌΠΎΠ² Π³Π΅Π½Π΅ΡΠ°ΡΠΎΡΠ°, ΡΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΏΠΈΠ½-Π²ΠΎΠ»Π½ΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠΉ Π»ΠΈΠ½ΠΈΠ΅ΠΉ Π·Π°Π΄Π΅ΡΠΆΠΊΠΈ
A phase noise of microwave oscillators having an active ring circuitry with a spin-wave delay line is theoretically and experimentally investigated. The delay line was made with yttrium iron garnet (YIG) film epitaxially grown on gadolinium gallium garnet substrate. A method of calculation of resonant frequencies and thus free spectral range of high-Q dielectric disk resonators with whispering gallery modes is proposed. The method is based on application to the dispersion equation derived for a dielectric cylinder with unlimited length, dimensional quantization, due to the requirement of phase balance for the standing waves in the resonator.
