MORPHOFUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTIC OF INTESTINAL LYMPHOID FORMATIONS WITH POSTSPLENECTOMIC SYNDROME UNDER EXPERIMENT

The  experimental investigation that   was  carried  out  on  80  white  rats  shows  that through long term after splenectomy there  occurs proliferation of immunecompetent cells in lymphoid tissues of intestines, herewith lymphoid nodules  achieve considerable size and they  show  increased functional activity as a result  of  reproduction centers appearance. Through  long-term after organ  saving and organ  replacement operations participation of intestinal  lymphoid tissue in compensatory process  was determined. The last remained not only functionally active but with the increase of proliferate activity

The last remained not only functionally active but with the increase of proliferate activity.Проведенное экспериментальное исследование на  80  белых  крысах  свидетельствует, что в отдаленные сроки  после  спленэктомии в лимфоидной ткани кишечника происходит пролиферация иммунокомпетентных клеток, при этом лимфоидные узелки достигают значительных размеров, и они проявляют повышенную функциональную активность в результате появления центров  размножения. В отдаленные сроки после органосберегательных и органозаместительных оперативных пособий выявлено участие лимфоидной ткани кишечника в компенсаторном процессе. Последние оставались не только функционально активными, но в них возрастала пролиферативная активность

MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF FATAL CASES AFTER SPLENECTOMY UNDER EXPERIMENT

Experimental  investigation showed that  through short-term after splenectomy the death rate  of  white  rats  was  16,25%.  Morphological investigation indicates  that  animals have  postinfectious  hepatitis  and   the   first  stage of  pulmonary  tissue   inflammation. Mesenteric lymphatic nodes  as the organs of hemoand immune  cytopoiesis  appear to be under  condition of pronounced functional tension in response to inflammation
