This article examines the requirements for quality learning in Islam from the perspective of al-Zarnūjī and according to his book, Ta‘līm al-Muta‘allim. This book has been a source of reference for both students and teachers in many educational institutions in Muslim countries, particularly, the Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The article attempts to understand the students’ learning requirements proposed by al-Zarnūjī in the above treatise. It is, therefore, a library-based research. The research tackles many issues. It addresses the need for a broad-based learning process and analyzes the requirements in the light of the modern day learning circumstances. It was found that al-Zarnūjī’s theory of quality learning is conditional on six main principles which are, indeed, determinants of quality student outcomes. These are intelligence or high learning ability; high motivation for learning; patience, emotional stability, and commitment to the learning process; availability of financial support; inspiration of the teachers; and disposition to time management in the learning process. The notion of quality education is fundamental to the classical perspective of learning in Islam

Education in a country life plays a very important role to ensure the survival of the state and the nation. External factors affect the failure of students in completing the field of study, especially the field of study in the senior high school level. The problems faced in getting the scholarship are some of the criteria that have been set in this course such as majors, parent income, parental responsibility, academic achievement, non-academic achievement. C4.5 algorithms is one method of data mining to predict the selection of scholarship grantee to senior high school student seen from external factors and internal students. The test results and analysis show that the Decision Tree C4.5 algorithms is accurately applied for prediction of final grades of senior high school students with 94.7368% accuracy

Information is a valuable commodity in the era of globalization to be mastered in order to improve the competitiveness of an organization. This is evident from the various applications of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that appear in some local governments. But the fact is that the utilization of ICT has not yet had a significant impact on the productivity of district government. One of the dominant causes is the lack of synchronization of the objectives of district governement activities with the purpose of activities undertaken by the government using Information Technology to provide services to the community (e-Government) itself. This paper discusses the tactical steps of e-Government development based on the theory of various agencies that have implemented e-Government and will produce optimal results

This paper presents Simple Additive Weighting method to determine scholarship recipients. Sharing scholarships are undertaken by several institutions to help someone who is less able or achieving during his studies. To assist the determination in determining someone who is eligible to receive a scholarship then needed a decision support system. One method that can be used for Decision Support System is by using Fuzzy MADM (Multi Attribute Decision Making). In this research will be raised a case that is looking for the best alternative based on criteria to perform calculation of FMADM method in the case. This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is that eligible to receive scholarship based on the criteria specified. Research is done by finding the weight value for each attribute, then done the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best student
