Plan de comunicación para ASBANC y el sector financiero

El sector financiero enfrenta una oportunidad para gestionar y mejorar su reputación, la cual se ha visto afectada debido a una ineficiente gestión de respuesta frente a una crisis generada durante la pandemia. Este factor se puede observar en la cantidad de quejas registradas en Indecopi relacionadas a la reprogramación de créditos, aplicación de intereses, cobros indebidos, reembolso de dinero, servicios no idóneos vinculados a AFP, cobros de créditos vencidos, entre otros. ASBANC, la Asociación de Bancos del Perú, se ha perjudicado por ello y, actualmente es percibida como oportunista e injusta por las quejas y comentarios negativos difundidos en los medios de comunicación. Este trabajo plantea una solución a través de un plan de comunicación integral y transversal.The financial sector faces an opportunity to manage and improve its reputation, which has been affected due to an inefficient response management in the face of a crisis generated during the pandemic. This factor can be observed in the number of complaints registered with Indecopi related to the rescheduling of credits, application of interest, improper charges, refund of money, unsuitable services linked to AFPs, collections of overdue credits, among others. ASBANC, the Association of Banks of Peru, has been harmed by this and is currently perceived as opportunistic and unfair due to the complaints and negative comments disseminated in the media. Las prácticas políticas en la comunidad digital de Facebook: @Deslengua2

This research is relevant since it seeks to analyze and highlight the importance of digital media for information spaces and political debate. The results of the findings will also contribute to determining the effectiveness and efficiency of social networks based on this theme, which will be a great contribution as it is a recent research topic. Within the social sphere, it is expected to describe how individuals (users and prominent fans of @ Deslengua2) are the main actors of the page, since, without their interactions, the publications of the page would not have the great impact that they have thanks to to them.Esta investigación es relevante dado que busca analizar y resaltar la importancia de los medios digitales para los espacios de información y debate político. Los resultados de los hallazgos también aportarán en determinar la eficacia y eficiencia de las redes sociales en base a esta temática, lo cual será un gran aporte al ser un tema reciente de investigación. Dentro del ámbito social, se espera describir cómo los individuos (usuarios y fans destacados de @Deslengua2) son los principales actores de la página, ya que, sin las interacciones de éstos, las publicaciones de la página no tendrían el gran impacto que tienen gracias a ellos
