Knowledge of community health agents on extremities trauma / Conhecimento dos agentes comunitários de saúde sobre trauma de extremidades
Objetivo: Caracterizar o conhecimento dos Agentes Comunitários de SaĂşde sobre trauma de extremidades. MĂ©todo: Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo, descritivo, realizado a partir do banco de dados da pesquisa intitulada “Conhecimento de agentes comunitários de saĂşde sobre atendimento prĂ©-hospitalar no suporte básico de vida - impacto das ações de extensĂŁo”. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionário. A amostra foi composta por 15 agentes comunitários de saĂşde de uma Unidade de SaĂşde da FamĂlia Integrada em JoĂŁo Pessoa, ParaĂba, Brasil. Analisaram-se os dados por meio de estatĂstica descritiva e foram apresentados os resultados em tabelas. Resultados: Observa-se que a mĂ©dia de acertos no pĂłs-teste sobre conhecimento no trauma de extremidades foi de 69,3%. ConclusĂŁo: Evidenciou-se que o conhecimento dos agentes comunitários de saĂşde sobre traumas de extremidades, teve um aumento significativo apĂłs as intervenções educativas.
Incarcerated Health: Profile Of The Multidisciplinary Team Provider Of Health Assistance In Prisons
Objective: draw a profile of the multidisciplinary team provider of health assistence in prisions.
Method: an exploratory and descriptive study developed at the Instituto Libertador Penitentiary SĂlvio Porto, a medium security establishment, located in the municipality of JoĂŁo Pessoa-PB.
Results: the health care of prisoners has not been developed in order to comply with the legislation established in the National Health Plan of the Penitentiary System (PNSSP), since it does not meet its numerical prerequisite.
Conclusion: it is urgent to propose and implement differentiated forms of work organization that have an impact on the process and on the quality of care provided to individuals with deprivation of liberty.

Risk factors for acute myocardial infarction evidenced in hospitalized patients in the coronary care unit / Fatores de risco para infarto agudo do miocárdio evidenciados em pacientes hospitalizados em unidade coronariana
Objetivo: descrever os fatores de risco identificados em pacientes com infarto agudo do miocárdio (iam) hospitalizados em unidade coronariana. MĂ©todo: estudo descritivo, transversal com abordagem quantitativa, realizado com 125 indivĂduos com diagnĂłstico de infarto agudo do miocárdio. a amostra foi coletada por conveniĂŞncia de forma consecutiva. os dados foram analisados com auxĂlio do programa estatĂstico statistical package for the social sciences (spss) (versĂŁo 21) e aprovado sob parecer 457.504. Resultados: predominou indivĂduos do sexo masculino de etnia branca e com uma mĂ©dia de 62 anos. os fatores de risco mais prevalentes na amostra foram: sedentarismo, hipertensĂŁo arterial, histĂłrico familiar, tabagismo, ingesta alcoĂłlica e diabetes mellitus. ConclusĂŁo: a pesquisa traz dados relevantes para o controle dos fatores de risco identificados, mostra onde direcionar as ações preventivas, a fim de diminuir a incidĂŞncia do infarto agudo do miocárdio, suas sequelas e a mortalidade

Information and communication technology for obstetric good practices
Objective: to investigate the use of information and communication technologies in good obstetrical practices.
Results and Discussion: the studies found have dealt with the use of different information technologies, demonstrating that they are essential to good obstetrical practices because they provide security and greater access to information, as well as provide a more efficient diagnosis and consequently an adequate treatment.
Conclusion: It is essential to use the technologies to achieve good obstetric practices throughout the health team. However, it is still necessary to carry out studies, as well as the creation of software that gives greater security to the welfare practices.

Possibilities And Limitations In The Implementation Of The Policy For Men's Health In Primary Care
Prevalence Of Burnout Syndrome And Factors Associated With University Teachers
This is a systematic review that sought to identify the prevalence and factors associated with Burnout Syndrome in university teachers. The collection of the studies was done through descriptors in databases, which resulted in the selection of 8 articles. The prevalence for burnout had a small variation, but presented worrying values. The most frequent associated factors were: work overload, accumulation of activities beyond teaching, high employment ties, devaluation of the work performed and low remuneration. Burnout is still little recognized and studied in the category of university teachers, and it is difficult to identify an exact prevalence for this category. However, the associated factors are well defined and should be considered as a starting point for the prevention of the syndrome
Professional Satisfaction Of Nurses Working In Operating Room Of A Hospital School
Objective: to characterize in a sociodemographic way the nursing staff of the surgical center; Check the degree of importance assigned to each component of satisfaction: autonomy, interaction, professional status, task requirements, organizational policies, and pay; verify job satisfaction perceived by nurses.
Method: exploratory, descriptive, quantitative study, consisting of 9 nurses working in the operating room. The research project was approved by the CEP/HULW, CAAE NÂş 24597513.2.0000.5183. Data were collected through questionnaires and then analyzed using descriptive statistics in SPSS 20.
Results: We found that the standby component was considered the most important for job satisfaction and Professional Status least important.
Conclusion: nurses have a low level of job satisfaction, impacting the performance of its activities.
