In this issue, we demonstrate a text mining method of ontology based on the development and updating of a D-matrix naturally extraction of a large number of verbatim repairs (written in unstructured text) collected during the analysis stages. dependence (D) Fault - Matrix is a systematic demonstrative model is used to capture data symptomatic level progressive elimination system including dependencies between observable symptoms and failure modes associated with a frame. Matrix is a time D-long process. The development of D-matrix from first standards and update using the domain information is a concentrated work. In addition, increased D-die time for the disclosure of new symptoms and failure modes observed for the first race is a difficult task. In this methodology, we first develop the fault diagnosis ontology includes concepts and relationships regularly seen in fault diagnosis field. Then we use text mining algorithm that make use of this ontology to distinguish basic items, such as coins, symptoms, failure modes, and conditions of the unstructured text verbatim repair. The proposed technique is tools like a prototype tool and accepted using real - life information collected from cars space

COMMUNITY ADVANCEMENT IN COMMUNITY POLICING WITHIN THE ADDIS ABABA CITY ORGANIZATION

Community development focuses on improving the quality of life and well-being of individuals and communities. This exploratory study used a descriptive research design and mixed methods research strategy. The study uses primary and secondary data, including questionnaires and interviews with front-line police, intermediate and senior officials, and unpublished documents from verified organizations such as the AAPC. The quantitative approach focuses on the degree to which community policing is applied, while qualitative approaches identify obstacles to successful deployment. This research aimed to provide unbiased descriptions of experiences in natural settings. However, the increase in crime has reduced public confidence and security, leading to low levels of human well-being. The Ethiopian government has worked to identify the root cause of the problem and implement initiatives to ensure smooth operations. Police have involved community participation in problem-solving partnerships, and various community programs have been organized to provide knowledge and skills in handling crime-related cases. This has enhanced community confidence and overall well-being

ABSTRACT Objectives: This study was conducted to assess influence of reporting time to health care setup on fatality rate in early 2015 swine flu epidemic. Method: All Swine flu positive cases reported to Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) from Jan to March 2015 were included in the study. Hospital records were studied retrospectively to gather desired information. Results: Incidence rate and fatality rate of swine flu was 16.38 per lac and 5.91% respectively. Mean differences of interval between onsets of symptoms to reporting to hospital is not significant, however lesser interval between onset of symptoms to swab collection and diagnosis of swine flu were significantly associated with lesser fatality. Fatality Rate declines from January to March. Conclusion: After patient report to the health care setup, prompt sample collection and quick diagnosis help to reduce fatality rate

ANALYSIS OF SURFACE ROUGHNESS IN HARD TURNING BY USING TAGUCHI METHOD

Abstract :Hard turning is defined as the turning of hardened ferrous metals with Rockwell-C hardness ratings ranging from 45 to 70. Hard turning has the potential to reduce production costs by replacing more costly and less agile grinding operations on hard materials especially in finishing processes (Konig et al., 1990). PCBN tools tend to be damaged more severely than conventional cutting tools of mild turning under vibrations because of their relatively brittle property. In addition, the finishing process, which is often involved with hard turning, has a much smaller tolerance of surface precision than other machining processes. This paper is focused on hard turning of 20 MnCr5 Steel. The purpose of this paper is to analyze optimum cutting conditions to get lowest surface roughness in turning of 20 MnCr5 Steel.Taguchi method has been used for this. An orthogonal array, the signal to noise ratio and analysis of variance (ANOVA) are employed to investigate the cutting characteristics. The results indicate that feed rate has significant role to play in producing lower surface roughness followed by cutting speed. The cutting insert used is ceramic based TNGA 160404 . Keywords: Hard turning ,Optimization, Surface roughness, Taguchi method , S/N ratio, ANOVA. Introduction Today's modern machining industries face challenge to achieve high quality in terms of work piece dimensional accuracy, surface finish, less wear on cutting tools, economy of machining in terms of cost saving. Surface roughness of the machined part is the most important criteria to judge the quality of operation. Over the years , cutting fluids have been used in machining operations to reduce friction and wear by improving tool life and surface finish , to cool the cutting zone. But the application of cutting fluid proved to be harmful to the health as well as environment. To overcome the serious problems of cutting fluids , hard turning has been used quite easily. This reduces the manufacturing cost as well as risk of danger to the health. Literature Review It is required to identify the tool materials that are capable of longer service lives, and to decide the required operations for turning the materials into finished products that are capable of maintaining higher geometric tolerances and improved surface finish.
