On the size of p-adic Whittaker functions

In this paper we tackle a question raised by N. Templier and A. Saha concerning the size of Whittaker new vectors appearing in infinite dimensional representations of GL(2) over non-archimedean fields. We derive precise bounds for such functions in all possible situations. A revision of Calodera Mannerheim. II. A new species, new synonyms, and additional records (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae: Aleocharinae).

Eine Untersuchung von Material, das seit dem ersten Teil der Revision verfügbar wurde, ergab weitere Nachweise von Calodera-Arten. C. zerchei sp. n., die erste Art aus dem Fernen Osten Russlands, wird beschrieben und von der nur aus Japan bekannten C. desdemona Sharp unterschieden. Zwei Synonymien werden begründet: Calodera Mannerheim, 1830 = Ityocara Thomson, 1867, syn. n.; Calodera aethiops (Gravenhorst, 1802) = Aleochara (Calodera) perspicua Gistel, 1857, syn. n. Calodera rubens Erichson, die Typusart von Ityocara, wird wieder Calodera zugeordnet. Die Sexualmerkmale von Calodera rubens, C. desdemona und C. zerchei werden abgebildet. 17 Calodera-Arten sind aus der Holarktis bekannt, davon 11 aus der Westpaläarktis, 3 aus der Ostpaläarktis und 3 aus der Nearktis. C. zerchei sp. n., the first species from the Russian Far East, is described and distinguished from C. desdemona Sharp, a species recorded only from Japan. The following synonymies are proposed: Calodera Mannerheim, 1830 = Ityocara Thomson, 1867, syn. n.; Calodera aethiops (Gravenhorst, 1802) = Aleochara (Calodera) perspicua Gistel, 1857, syn. n. Calodera rubens Erichson, the type species of Ityocara, is transferred to Calodera again. The sexual characters of Calodera rubens, C. desdemona, and C. zerchei are illustrated. In the Holarctic region, 17 species of Calodera are recognized, 11 of them Western Palaearctic, 3 Eastern Palaearctic, and 3 Nearctic. A new species and new records of Amaurodera Fauvel from Nepal (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae, Aleocharini).

Amaurodera kleebergi sp. n. (Ostnepal: Rolwaling Himal), die 16. Art der Gattung im Himalaja, wird beschrieben und von der ähnlichen A. granata Assing unterschieden; Habitus und wesentliche Differentialmerkmale werden abgebildet. Für vier Arten werden weitere Nachweise aus Nepal gemeldet. Perfil do Contador Gerencial solicitado por empresas no Brasil

Curso de Ciências ContábeisO objetivo deste trabalho é verificar o perfil do contador gerencial solicitado em vagas de empregos por empresas no Brasil. Para tanto, foram pesquisados os principais sites de vagas de empregos, que são: Hays Brasil, Manager Online, Michael Page e Catho. A pesquisa é de natureza descritiva, e foi realizada considerando as vagas disponíveis no Brasil, no período de 01 de abril a 30 de junho de 2015. Foram identificadas e analisadas as atividades/tarefas, formação, salários oferecidos e língua estrangeira do contador gerencial e de custos. Os resultados mostram que práticas como custos, relatórios gerenciais, controle de estoque e orçamento tiveram destaque. Entretanto, os resultados apontam para uma consonância parcial com a literatura, além da dispersão dos resultados, com apontamento de um número grande de atividades e tarefas. A formação destaque para a contabilidade e fluência em língua estrangeira, principalmente o inglês. A delimitação da pesquisa está na busca de vagas apenas no Brasil, em quatro sites de vagas de empregos e a amostra é de cem vagas. Verificou-se que vagas que remuneram melhor, exigem fluência em uma língua estrangeira, no qual a principal requerida é o Inglês, exigem mais atividades e maior conhecimento por parte do candidato à vaga. As vagas que mais remuneram são as destinadas a analista de custos, no qual faz-se uma análise de todos os custos da empresa, buscando a minimização dos custos, pois em um mundo cada vez mais globalizado, a competição aumenta e se aumentar o preço do produto ou serviço poderá vender menos e não gerar rentabilidade e lucratividade
