Neutrino Mass Matrix Subject to Symmetry and Invariant under a Cyclic Permutation
Neutrino masses arise via a seesaw mechanism and its mass hierarchy, with
assumption that heavy Majorana neutrino mass matrix subject to
symmetry and invariant under a cyclic permutation, are evaluated. Within this
scenario, the neutrino masses:
are obtained, which
are incompatible with the experimental data. By modifying neutrino mass matrix
with the zero sum rule condition, the neutrino masses in inverted hierarchy:

Nonzero and CP Violation from Broken Symmetry
Nonzero and relatively large of mixing angle has some
phenomenological consequences on neutrino physics beyond the standard model.
One of the consequences if the mixing angle is the
possibility of the CP violation on the neutrino sector. In order to obtain
nonzero mixing angle, we break the neutrino mass matrix that obey
symmetry by introducing a complex parameter and determine the
Jarlskog invariant as a measure of CP violation existence. By using the
experimental data as input, we determine the Dirac phase as function

Melalui Bimbingan Kelompok Berbasis MGMP Dapat Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru SMPN 3 Babat Supat dalam Penyusunan Proposal PTK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana efektifitas penerapan pembimbingan kelompok dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Babat Supat dalam penyusunan proposal PTK yang bermanfaat bagi guru dalam peningkatan profesionalisme. Dalam pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) ini sebanyak dua siklus, dimana masing-masing siklus terdapat empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompetensi Guru SMP Negeri 3 Babat Supat jika > 10% dari jumlah peserta pembimbingan telah memperleh nilai rata-rata ≥ 85,00. Hasil Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) pada siklus II diperoleh data sebagai berikut; (1) observasi pengawas 4,22; (2) observasi guru 4,14; (3) hasil kerja secara klasikal (84,02). Indikator keberhasilan telah terlampaui maka PTS dinyatakan berhasil, dan penelitian dihentikan pada siklus II. Bimbingan kelompok sangat efektif dalam upaya meningkatkan kompetensi guru SMPN 3 Babat Supat dalam penyusunan proposal PTK karena 90% dari jumlah peserta sebanyak 35 (tiga puluh lima) orang guru telah berhasil menyusun proposal PTK sesuai harapan. Disarankan kepala sekolah sejawat untuk melakukan kegiatan pembimbingan bagi guru yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya dalam upaya peningkatan kompetensi dalam kegiatan pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB)
