    This research aims to study the relationship and impact between the application of managerial innovation and the strategy of entrepreneurship in terms of (creativity, offensive competition, proactive, and risk-taking) in the Palestinian Islamic Development Company as a case study. The research followed the descriptive analytical method, based on the methodology of modeling structural equations through the use of the Advanced Statistical Analysis Program (Smart PLS3) to test the study hypotheses. The research community consists of the employees working in the company\u27s supervisory sites, who number (80) members, and a comprehensive inventory method was chosen to collect the study data. The results of the statistical analysis proved that there is a correlation and impact between the dimension of administrative innovation and the entrepreneurial strategy for workers in the Islamic Palestinian Development Company. In addition, the results of the statistical analysis showed the acceptance of sub-assumptions between the dimension of management innovation and the dimensions of the entrepreneurial strategy in terms of (creativity, offensive competition, proactive, and risk appropriation). The impact of this research shows the necessity for the company to focus on enhancing administrative innovation and the components of the entrepreneurial strategy by removing all obstacles that prevent it from reaching individuals; by giving workers complete freedom in creating modern management methods to get rid of the rigidity of the organizational structure, and trying to create a section on innovation from Those with creative and entrepreneurial ideas in line with the requirements of the times

    The aim of the study was to examine the relationship between the application of the principles of sustainable leadership and the achievement of technical innovation in Palestinian pharmaceutical companies. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the research population consisted of (155) supervisors working in (5) companies. The researchers used the census sampling method and retrieved (133) responses with a (85.5%) response rate. The results showed that the levels of principles of sustainable leadership and that of technical innovation were medium with weight means (65.81) and (55.6) respectively. The study also revealed that a significant relationship existed between sustainable leadership and the promotion of technical innovation, and that sustainable leadership significantly influenced the following dimensions of sustainable leadership (sustainability of learning and success, sustainability of leadership of others, retention of human and physical resources, and social justice); whereas its influence on active integration with the environment was weak. The study recommended that the pharmaceutical companies adopt a long-term vision to pre-serve the sustainability of learning and success for all and benefit from the successful experiences of others taking into account the current and future variables and the nature of the prevailing culture and the different environmental variables

    The research aims to uncover the relationship and impact between the availability of the organizational gene components and the level of achieving high performance of the technical education employees. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method and the sample consisted of all employees of the Palestinian technical education sector who are working in the Technical University of khadori (419 employees), and Palestine Technical College –Deir El-Balah (190 employees). The random simple sample participants consisted of (236), and (194) questionnaires were received, with a response rate of (82.2). The results showed a relationship and impact between the components of the organizational genes and the achievement of high performance of the Palestinian technical education employees. The results also showed no statistically significant differences in the responses of sample participants regarding the organizational genes and the high performance of the Palestinian technical education employees due to the variables of (gender, age, years of service, job title, and workplace), while there are significant differences in the responses due to the variables of educational qualification for diploma holders. The research recommends that universities should consider the organizational DNA, avoid the weaknesses of any of its components to ensures high performance and identify distinct fingerprint for the university in order to show its image and reputation. In addition, the universities should work to build a culture of high performance by creating trust between employees and their supervisors, enabling the talented employees and maintaining effective channels of communication, and involving employees in setting goals to ensure their delivery

    E-Learning Strategies in Developing Research Performance Efficiency: Higher Education Institutions

    The study aimed to identify E- Learning strategies and their relation to the efficiency of research performance in foreign and Palestinian universities (University of Ottawa, Munster, Suez Canal, Al-Azhar, Islamic, Al-Aqsa). The analytical descriptive approach was used for this purpose, and relying on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The study society is from the senior management, where the number of senior management in the universities in question is 206. The random stratified sample was selected and (SPSS) was used for statistical data analysis. The study found a significant relationship between E- Learning strategies and the efficiency of research performance in universities. It also reached the participation of senior management in the research that develops the university performance in the Palestinian universities. The senior management indicated that they do not care to follow the policies of implementing the development of scientific research. While the senior management in foreign universities indicated that they are interested in following up the policies of implementing the development of scientific research. The study also showed that senior management in Palestinian universities does not care about providing the appropriate budget for E- Learning. The study recommended that the senior management of Palestinian universities should provide an E- Learning budget and encourage employees to continue using E- Learning strategies. The administration in the Palestinian universities should adopt and support outstanding research, and the need to encourage interest in the implementation of policies for the development of scientific research

    Green Human Resource Management Practices Among Palestinian Manufacturing Firms- An Exploratory Study

    Organizations are increasingly finding it challenging to balance economic and environmental performance particularly those that face competitive, regulatory and community pressure. With the increasing pressures for environmental sustainability, this calls for the new formulation of strategies by the manufacturers in order to minimize their products and services negative impact on the environment. Hence, Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) continues to be an important research agenda among the researchers. In Palestine, green issues are new and still developing. Constant study is needed to fully understand and update information regarding this area. Objective: The aim of this paper is to explore the views and level of acceptance of GHRM practices among manufacturing firms in Palestine. Results: Through the use of e-mail survey, 121 responses were obtained to generate the results of the study. The result showed GHRM practices have been practiced to somewhat to a greater extent a firms in Palestine. Findings can be extended to study on the issues in further. Academicians and practitioners can apply this result to their research and business strategies on how to improve sustainable performance and to effectively implement GHRM practices

    The Impact of Knowledge Management Success Factors on Electronic Business in Jordanian Telecom Companies

    Abstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of knowledge management success factors represented (organizational culture, administrative leadership, organizational structure, information technology infrastructure, standards) on electronic business (electronic information, electronic communications, electronic work flow), and the study community included all employees in Jordanian telecom companies, where the three telecommunications companies (Umniah, Zain, Orange) agreed to participate in the study, and (240) questionnaires were distributed to employees in those companies, and (191) questionnaires were retrieved, of which (188) were valid questionnaires for analysis with an actual response amount of (78.3%), which is similar to the final study sample. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and assumed a positive impact of the factors of success of knowledge management on electronic business in Jordanian telecom companies. The results showed that there is an awareness of the factors of success of knowledge management among employees in Jordanian telecom companies, where the arithmetic averages for the organizational culture variables, information technology infrastructure and knowledge measures came within the level of high importance, and the variable of administrative leadership and the organizational structure variable came within the level of intermediate importance in the current study, as well all averages of e-business dimensions came within the high level of importance, as well as the overall e-business variable, in addition to that, the results indicated a positive impact of the factors of success of knowledge management on e-business in Jordanian telecom companies; as the variable of knowledge management success factors explained (65.7%) of the variance in e-business, and the results also indicated that the variable of information technology infrastructure was the most influencing electronic information, and the second ranked in the impact of organizational culture, while the variables of administrative leadership do not affect the organizational structure and measures of knowledge on electronic information, and the results also showed that the variable of the information technology infrastructure ranked first in the impact on electronic communications, followed by the effect of the variable of organizational culture, and then the organizational structure variable, while the administrative leadership and knowledge standards variables do not affect, finally it showed the results indicated that the variable of the IT infrastructure was the most influential in the electronic work flow, and came second in the organizational structure, and the organizational culture ranked third, and the fourth came the variable of administrative leadership, while the electronic work flow variable was not affected by knowledge measures. Based on the results, the study recommended the need to pay attention to the employees awareness of the importance of success factors Knowledge Management, given its impact on e-business, by maintaining the level of organizational culture, and constantly enhancing it, raising the level of awareness of managers and decision makers about the importance of knowledge management success factors and their impact on e-business, developing the capabilities of employees, and creating a special administrative unit, concerned with knowledge management and organization Its operations, in addition to adopting successful organizational structures that increase the level of knowledge, as well as the need to develop and promote electronic business in Jordanian telecom companies, by paying attention to the communication infrastructure, and providing modern electronic workflow systems, the study also recommended researchers to conduct other studies on management success factors Knowledge and e-business in other study societies and other organizational outputs

    The Impact of Obstacles to the Application of Knowledge Management to Performance Excellence

    The aim of this study was to identify the obstacles facing the application of knowledge management and its impact on performance at Palestine Technical University-Kadoorei from the point of view of employees and to detect the differences between the average views of the study sample on the subject of the study according to some variables such as (gender, nature of work, Education Level, specialization, years of experience). The study followed the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool for study. It was distributed to 74 employees. After the questionnaire was distributed, the data was collected and coded and entered into the computer and processed statistically using the SPSS program. The study found that the percentage of approval of the obstacles to the application of knowledge management at Palestine Technical University-Kadoorei differed between few and large, and the relative weight of the axis was complete (68.2). The degree of awareness of the workers of the reality of performance excellence at the University of Palestine Technical-Kadoorei was between medium and very large. There is an impact of the constraints of the application of knowledge management on performance excellence at Palestine Technical University-Kadoorei. In light of the results of the previous study, the researchers recommended that the importance of knowledge management should be taken into account in order to raise the university's reputation and reputation at home and abroad and improve its services to students and the local community. And to promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge with local, regional and international universities in order to enhance the knowledge and preserve it and provide modern and sophisticated scientific techniques and use them in administrative and academic work at the university

    The Policy of Functional Integration of the Product Planning Team as a Strategy for the Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Palestine

    This study presented the policy of functional integration of the product planning team as a strategy for the development of the pharmaceutical industry in Palestine. The study population consists of all the workers in companies operating in the field of medicine in Palestine, which are (5) companies producing in the West Bank only for pharmaceuticals used by these companies, which are (296) employees, and was used a simple random sample to choose the sample and size (87) employees of the study population, and to achieve the objectives of the study (87) questionnaires were distributed. The descriptive analytical method was used, and SPSS was used to answer and discuss the study's questions. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of the policy of product development and the competitiveness of pharmaceutical companies in Palestine (West Bank), where the policy of product development efficiency accounts for 56.6% of the total change in the competitiveness of companies. The product quality component was most influential at all levels of product development effectiveness policy, followed by product identification, product cost reduction, packaging and product deletion. The weakest areas of strategic direction in pharmaceutical companies in Palestine (West Bank) are 67%. The weakest aspects of job integration are: non-regular meetings of representatives of different positions to participate in any project related to product development, to achieve spatial convergence of members of the product planning policy team in offices, laboratories and workplaces

    Knowledge Management Processes and Their Role in Achieving Competitive Advantage at Al-Quds Open University

    The study aimed to identify the knowledge management processes and their role in achieving competitive advantage at Al-Quds Open University. The study was based on the descriptive analytical method, and the study population consists of academic and administrative staff in each of the branches of Al-Quds Open University in (Tulkarm, Nablus and Jenin). The researchers selected a sample of the study population by the intentional non-probability method, the size of (70) employees. A questionnaire was prepared and supervised by a number of specialists in order to obtain the results of the study. The study concluded that there is a positive direct relationship, that is, the higher the degree of application of knowledge management processes, the greater the degree of competitive advantage. Knowledge Technology came first with a score of 80.02% on all items. Competitive advantage came second with 81.74%. In the third place came "knowledge generation" where the total score on all paragraphs in this area (78.24%). In the fourth place, "knowledge transfer" (77.21%). "Developing and storing knowledge" came in fifth place (77.13%). "Acquisition of knowledge" came in sixth place (76.45%). Knowledge Organization ranked seventh (74.26%). The study recommended that the university should enable the employees to benefit from the experiences and expertise available to help generate knowledge. The University encourages the creation of knowledge through the system of incentives and open the way for creators to apply their creations and spread and invest in excellence and creativity. The university should design work performance levels based on the integration of knowledge and organize it according to policies that support freedom of research. The need for Palestinian universities to adopt a knowledge management approach. The need to adopt a system of incentives that rewards cognitive efforts, and give workers enough freedom to enable them to apply their knowledge
