    This study aims to determine the Effect of Profitability, Leverage and the Proportion of Independence Commissioner on Tax Avoidance (Study on Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019). The population is 192 financial data from 48 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), while the determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique. The data collection used is documentation technique and literature study. The data collected were analyzed using the formula of each financial ratio, then processed using multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, hypothesis testing and classical assumption testing.The results of multiple regression analysis show the equation Y = 0.519 -0.536 X1 - 0.049 X2 - 0.124 X3, which means that the ROA variable has a significant negative effect on CETR, with a coefficient of -0.536. This means that every 1% increase in ROA occurs, CETR will decrease by -0.536%, while DER has a significant negative effect on CETR with a coefficient of -0.049. This means that for every 1% increase in DER, the CETR will decrease by -0.049%. While the PKI had no significant effect on CETR

    This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, and profitability on market value added. There are 25 companies manufacturing consumer goods industry sectors listed on the IDX that were used as samples during the 2016-2018 period. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Furthermore, statistical tests are used in data analysis and Hypothesis testing is multiple linear regression. The independent variable consists of DER (dedt to equity ratio), CR (Current Ratio) and ROA (Return on assets). While the dependent variable used is market value added (MVA). The results show that only returns assets (ROA) have a significant and positive impact on market value added (MVA). Meanwhile, leverage ratio (DER) and liability ratio (CR) do not show a significant effect on MVA

    The Nganjuk District Agricultural Office requires reliable human resources to achieve the stated goals. After understanding the importance of human resources as the activator of the organization, the organization must be able to manage, utilize and empower in such a way that the strengths of human resources in the organization can be optimized. For this reason, Employee Performance is emphasized. The objectives of this research are: (1).To determine the effect of discipline on employee performance; (2). To determine the effect of compensation on employee performance; (3) To find out the effect of discipline and compensation together on employee performance. The subjects of this study were employees of the Nganjuk District Agriculture Office with 75 employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research data were obtained by using questionnaire, observation and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with t test and F test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed that, the correlation of discipline and compensation showed a positive and significant effect on the performance of Nganjuk District Agricultural Service employees both separately and simultancously, Effective contribution of discipline and compensation of 48,1% to employee performance

    The hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a place that gives the service to individual’s health with hospitalized service, regular service and emergency service. The Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri is a hospital with class C that has capacity 205 beds. Bed Occupational Rate (BOR) for 4 years lately is around 52,5%. The operational expense of hospital is totally from the patients so that the position of customer is very important.   This research Design Uses Correlational Analysis Survey Design by approaching Cross Sectional. It uses the population of all for long hospitalized patients that had got service in Hospital of Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri, and their number is 125 patients with 55 patients as the sample, it is taken by using the technique of purposive sampling. The collection of Data uses the questioner. The data of Research was analyzed by Moderated Regression Analysis Test.   there are 3 variables that become research material, from the 3 variables studied, there are a total of 23 question items. From each question item, both independent and dependent, it turned out to have a correlation probability value below 0.005 or the Service research variable data (X), General patient satisfaction (Y1) and BPJS patient satisfaction (Y2) at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City were declared valid. . From the results of the questionnaire obtained after being processed, it can be seen from the highest average value obtained in empathy from service providers, which is 3.69 which means the attitude of nurses and doctors is good when responding to questions from patients' families and hospital visitors. While the lowest average is 2.85, which is from the time of the doctor's examination according to the schedule. This explains that many patients are dissatisfied with the doctor's schedule for not being on time. There are two kinds of service rates at the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City, which results in differences in treatment for general patients and BPJS patients who seek treatment at Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Hospital, Kediri City. There is an effect of service rates on general patient satisfaction and BPJS patients at home. Muhammadiyah Hospital Ahmad Dahlan, Kediri City. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan secara individu terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja secara individu terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan: (1) analisis statistic deskriptfi, (2) uji asumsi klasik, dan (3) analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Gaya kepemimpinan secara individu mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan organisasi pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Tulungagung.     This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity in predicting financial distress conditions in retail companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a number of selected samples of 18 companies. The number of samples used was as many as 7 companies in the category of experiencing financial distress and 11 companies in the category did not experience financial distress. The results of the study using logistic regression show that profitability measured by the Return on Investment (ROI) has a negative effect on financial distress. Liquidity as measured by Current Ratio (CR) has a negative effect on financial distress. Leverage measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on financial distress. Activity measured by Fixed Assetss Turnover (FAT) not has a effect on financial distress

    The need for hospital care quality more and more increases with economy and degrees community health. In last few years industry hospitals have undergo development enough with the rules and constitution aimed at fuel investment and created the business condition and services hospital better. This research is motivated researcher observations and experiences, especially that of RSGM IIK BHAKTI WIYATA KEDIRI. Patients who are less sensitive in terms of quality of service and low sense of employee discipline in obeying the rules. The aim of this study is (1) Is the quality of health care insurance in effect on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK (2) Is the employee disciplinary effect on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK. The method used is a quantitative with descriptive method of analysis design crossectional , the number of respondents were 100 people. Where the data obtained will be calculated using the formula and test the statistical analisisa. Conclusion The results of this study were (1) Variable quality of service (X1) to simultaneously deliver significant influence on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK with a probability value of b1 is 0.344. (2) Variable discipline employees (X2) simultaneously providing significant influence on patient satisfaction in RSGM IIK with a probability value of b2 is 0.300. Conclusions based on these results, it is recommended: (1) quality of service influence to satisfaction to the patient. (2) discipline employee influence satisfication patient

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participation and leadership style on intention to stay and employee performance at the Nganjuk Regency Education Office, to determine the effect of participation on intention to stay and employee performance in the Nganjuk Regency education office and to determine the effect of leadership style on intention to stay and employee performance at the Nganjuk District Education Office. The population in this study were 65 employees of the Nganjuk Regency Education Office. In this study, the sample that will be used is a number of populations, as many as 60 employees of the Nganjuk District Education Office. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis model. The results showed that participation and leadership style had an effect on Intention to Stay in the Nganjuk District Education Office simultaneously.There was a partial influence between participation on Intention to Stay and there was a partial influence between participation on employee performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara individu pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. (2) Menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai secara bersama-sama pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. (3) Menganalisis variabel pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja, yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara bersama-sama pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis terhadap data yang telah diberi skor sesuai dengan skala pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan dengan menggunakan formula-formula statistik. Analisis yang digunakan terhadap data yang berwujud angka-angka. Sedangkan teknis analisis data menggunakan: (1) analisis statistic deskriptfi, (2) uji asumsi klasik (multikolinearitas, normalitas, liniearitas, dan analisis statistic inferensial). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penggaruh pengawasan, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Tulungagung.     This research describes the utilization of management information system at Organization of Regional Devices. Taking the example of Transportation Department of Communications and Informatics of Tulungagung Regency, this research specifically explains the role of management information system (SIM) to the decision of Head of Service. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of management information systems in decision making used by Head of Department and Head of Government. Decision-making is the most important Leadership role and the availability of reliable sources of information is a key component in leadership decisions within an organization. In this research use qualitative research method with descriptive approach. Informants in this study are Head of Department, Secretary, Head of Division, Section Chief and Staff of Transportation Department of Communications and Informatics of Tulungagung Regency that is directly related to this research topic. Data and information gathering is done by interview. The results of this study indicate that the Management Information System in decision-making owned by the Department of Transportation Communications and Informatics Tulungagung District utilize Management Information Systems, to help and facilitate their work much less related to decision making, although sometimes the decision is not necessarily through a computer system. But sometimes a physical decision is made by the Head of Service
