Work load analysis is a method to measure a number or workload quantity that needed. Work load analysis also a forecasting technique. There's some condition where a job become a workload, that have been explained by normal workload (fit), over workload, and underload workload. There'ssome variety models of calculation on Workload Analysis, one of it are called Full Time Equivalent. Full Time Equivalent is a process of calculation that utilizing the work hours as a reference on measuring the workload. The time of workload converted into a sum of the workforce that needed to do a job. The result of this research showing that based on Full Time Equivalent methods that have been applied in Career Development, Organisation, and Competence Division, the number that needed in Bangrir OK Division should be consisted of one manager, three head Divisions, and total numbers of employees in Bangrir OK Division consisted of eight employees that have been divided by 6 organic and two outsource employees. As an addition, this research also found that there's an imbalance competition amongst every individual in this company
Revisiting the Quantum Group Symmetry of Diatomic Molecules
We propose a q-deformed model of the anharmonic vibrations in diatomic
molecules. We analyse the applicability of the model to the phenomenological
Dunham's expansion by comparing with experimental data. Our methodology
involves a global consistency analysis of the parameters that determine the
q-deformed system, when compared with fitted vibrational parameters to 161
electronic states in diatomic molecules. We show how to include both the
positive and the negative anharmonicities in a simple and systematic fashion.Comment: 15 pages, 3 Table

This study aims to еxplain thе еffеct of organizational carееr managеmеnt and individual carееr managеmеnt on carееr еffеctivеnеss through compеtеncе as an intеrvеning variablе. Rеsеarch on organizational carееr managеmеnt and individual carееr managеmеnt of PT Brantas Abipraya\u27s hеad officе еmployееs has an important rolе in еmployее carееr еffеctivеnеss basеd on еmployее compеtеncy. This rеsеarch usеs quantitativе approach with еxplanatory rеsеarch mеthod. Data collеction tеchniquеs in this study using quеstionnairеs. Thе population in this study amountеd to 456. Sampling mеthod usеd by using Slovin formula. Basеd on thе Slovin formula, with a margin of еrror (е) of 10%, thеn obtainеd a samplе of 83 samplеs. This study usеd dеscriptivе analysis and path analysis with thе hеlp of SPSS 16 for windows program. Thе rеsults of this study indicatе that thеrе is a significant influеncе bеtwееn organizational carееr managеmеnt and individual carееr managеmеnt on carееr еffеctivеnеss through compеtеncе as an intеrvеning variablе. Mining Competition services in Indonesia to make a lot of competitors for trying to compete by improving the performance of the company, it is influenced by a number of competitors to provide the best service. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the significant influence of emotional intelligence and Job Safety, on the Employee Performance. Research type used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. A sample of 83 respondents who are employees of PT Darma Henwa Tbk Bengalon Coal Project Location PIT B East Kalimantan using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection methods used in this research is by distributing questionnaires directly in PT Darma Henwa Tbk Bengalon Coal Project Location PIT B East Kalimantan. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and linear regression.The results showed that emotional intelligence variable and Job Safety, have positive and significant impact on employee performance is proven with a probability value <0.05, which means that there is a significant influence

This study has purposed to explain the effect of occupational safety and health programs on job satisfaction and employee performance. Wisma atlit development project with PT Brantas Abipraya kemayoran (Persero) as the main contractor where employees deal 9directly with the construction activities that may be directly affected of job risk. This study uses a quantitative approach to explanation research methods (explanatory research). Data collection techniques in the study using a questionnaire. The population in this study amounted to 65. The sampling method used is saturated samples so 9that the entire population is a sample. This research 9uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence safety program on job satisfaction. There is a significant effect of occupational health programs on job satisfaction. There is a significant influence on the performance of safety program. There is a significant influence on the performance of occupational health programs. There is a significant influence on the performance of job satisfaction. Programs occupational safety and health has more influence on satisfaction rather than on performance and greater influence of occupational safety and health program on the performance rather than the influence of job satisfaction on performance

This study aims to examined the influence of training on employee ability work and performance in RSIA Buah Hati Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. The result of this research showed that training, ability of work, and employee\u27s performance of RSIA Buah Hati Pamulang Tangerang Selatan be in good category. The results also showed that on the job training had an impact on work ability, off the job training had an impact on work ability, on the job training didn\u27t have an impact on employee performance, off the job training didn\u27t have an impact on employee performance, and work ability had an impact on employee performance. So that it could be concluded that training had an impact on work ability but did not had an impact on employee\u27s performance
Pengaruh Konflik Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Kantor Pusat)
This study was to describe the influence of labor conflict on job stress and work motivation and their impact on organizational commitment, directly or indirectly. The population in this study are employees of the head office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). Data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to 80 respondents taken by incidental sampling. The results of the analysis of pathways known to labor conflict had a positive and significant impact on work stress, work conflicts have a negative impact and no significant effect on work motivation, work stress has a negative and significant impact on work motivation, work conflicts have a negative impact and no significant effect on organizational commitment, work stress has a negative and significant impact on organizational commitment, and motivation has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Based on the results of the study are expected by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) can minimize work conflict and work stress, and strengthen the motivation to work that has been formed. So that the organizational commitment of employees will increase.
Pengaruh Human Capital, Information Capital Dan Organizational Capital Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Pln (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya)
This research type is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample used 58 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Stem Unit Development VIII Surabaya using proportional random sampling method. The technique of data collection with the dissemination of the questionnaire. This research aims to know the influence of human capital, information capital and organizational capital on performance of employees simultaneously and partialy. Testing instrument using the test validity and reliability tests. This research instrument test results, indicating that the entire item is valid and instrument reliability. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and inferensial analysis. The results showed a simultaneous human capital, information capital and organizational capital effect significantly to the performance of the employee. But only partially human capital that influence significantly to the performance of the employee. Human capital variables are more dominant than with variable information capital and organizational capital. This is caused by the process of recruitment of employees who do PT PLN (Persero) Unit induk Pembangunan VIII Surabaya have high standards so that the human capital that is owned by the company are very good. Limitations of this research researchers in there are still some employees who lack such positive response answer item questionnaire with answers very much agree in whole or hesitation
