Diversification Infrastructure of Russian Company Towns
Structural socio-economic transformation of company town supposes the complex process of planning and implementing on the basis of development of complex investment plan of company town modernization. The analysis of investments into company towns for the recent 5 years shows its concentration mainly in infrastructural projects. The government took the deliberate decision to create the conditions for further diversification missing the complex approach for the company town development. The author considers a diversification infrastructure as complex term defining conditions of company town development. In this paper it is derived the concept and the basic elements of company town diversification infrastructure including social, productive and financial elements of infrastructure and its differences in stakeholders, institutions, resources and networks. The author conducts the research of investments into the infrastructure for company town diversification in Yurga, Kemerovo region and concludes that the plan is reaching the emerging goals of local authority avoiding complex restructuration of company town
Company Town Diversification And Designing Its Future
The urban development of a company town in Russia currently depends on the opportunity to diversify the core industry attracting investments into developed projects that offers the variety of directions of future designing. Although the great majority of company towns prepared Complex investment plans of monotown modernization stated the goal and the directions of diversification, the appropriate financing of the created projects is hardly exist. The authors argue that the basic measures that identify the diversification efficiency are the variety of concentration indexes, dynamics indicators and shift-shares; nevertheless, the possibility to evaluate how the new economic activity changes the structure in dynamics is rather low. This article offers the way to estimate the diversification in dynamics caused by the emerging economic activity using the diversification in dexon the basis of dynamic approach for evaluation of company town diversification efficiency. The authors suggest the diversification index that shows both the dynamics of structural change and the new economic activity emerging in company town. The index allows measuring the diversification shift in company town implementing the diversification strategy. The article conducts the case study of Kaltansky urban district located in Kemerovskaya oblast and makes conclusions that higher diversification in investments does not relates with the appropriate dynamics in dispatched goods. This fact allows low efficiency of the diversification and creates the negative image of the town in future designing

Abstract this article discusses the development of supply chain for the gifted humans in education system. The article describes the experience of identifying potentially gifted students at the initial stage of their education, as well as the organization of work with gifted children in primary school. Diversification Indexes: Arrangement And Application Possibility For Company Towns
The recent decade is of high priority for Russian company towns calling for significant modernization of the economy with correspondent investments. The company town economic development is considered mainly through the diversification strategy. The diversification process supposes the change of the company town structure from a single industry to diverse. The article contributes to the concept of company town diversification and the methodology of its evaluation. The authors compare “diversification”concepts at the regional level matching the objects of diversification. The article summarizes and systemizes the indexes of diversification measurement and offers to divide them into two groups - general and specific indexes. The general indexes can be implemented in different economic activities and objects whereas the specific ones focus on the micro or mezzo levels. The system of indexes for the diversification evaluation is complemented by shift-share and regional indexes. The results are figured out in a schematic way classifying the diversification indexes according to the object and the possibility to use the indexes for a company town diversification evaluation. All considered methods are compared by the range of results, possibility to assess the dynamics, and the variety of measured data. The comparative analysis made it possible to define the indexes that can be applicable for company town diversification evaluation and offer the diversification index for company towns that combines the considered measures
