    [Resumen] La tendencia a ampliar la legitimación en vía contencioso administrativa a fin de conseguir la ansiada exclusividad de la jurisdicción contenciosa en materia de responsabilidad de las Administraciones Públicas ha determinado un cambio de orientación jurisprudencial en una materia en el que los cambios jurisprudenciales han sido continuos. Se analiza la controversia surgida entre la Audiencia Nacional y el Tribunal Supremo y las eventuales consecuencias que se derivan del nuevo marco normativo que surge con la nueva Ley de Contratos del Sector público[Abstract] The tendency to expand «locus standi» in order to achieve the desired exclusivity of administrative jurisdiction about liability of public administrations has identified a shift in case law, in a matter in which jurisprudential changes have been continuous.     Queer English Language Teaching in Brazil: A Critical Discourse Study

    Although the school is one of the main environments in which LGBTQIA+phobia can be fought, the discussion on gender and sexuality issues in pedagogical scenarios is increasingly losing ground in Brazil, mainly due to the lack of educational policies on the subject in this country. In this perspective, our objective is to verify if and how Brazilian English language teachers carry out queer pedagogical practices in their classes. For that, we seek to base ourselves on Fairclough (2003), Louro (1997), Mazzaro (2021), Moita Lopes & Fabrício (2013), among others. The methodology, of an analytical nature, allowed the analysis of statements by three English teachers who work in different Brazilian contexts (Goiás, Mato Grosso and Pernambuco). Data were collected from the application of an online questionnaire and, as an analytical instrument, the Faircloughian Critical Discourse Analysis was used. The results indicate that the fear of discussing issues of gender and sexuality continues in the Brazilian school environment today. It is concluded that, with the weakening of democracy, there is also an outline of the weakening of all achievements, especially those of marginalized groups such as the LGBTQIA+ community.     Educational Activities for Acquiring Skills in the EEES adapted Degrees

    [EN] The main objective of this paper is to describe the performance of a serial of training activities focused on the acquisition of skills by different groups of undergraduate students related to science as a branch of knowledge. Specifically, we used those activities where students receive knowledge, such as theoretical classes (T), computational (PC) and laboratory (PL) sessions, exercises (P), ECTS tutorials and bachelor thesis (TFG). Among the different activities, it must also be highlighted the undergraduate dissertation. The activities were conducted in different courses of the Chemistry degree of the University of Extremadura, in order to obtain information from the different competences that appear in the verification report of this title. Finally, the students filled out a survey giving their opinion about the skills acquired in each of the activities. The results of the experience is that students achieve most of the skills considered in the title. Likewise, the results from the activities considered show that not all skills are achieved and other activities should be considered to cover those deficiencies. The activity that most contributes to the acquisition of transversal competences are laboratory practices, while for specific skills, the activities developed with large group of students (T and P) are the most significant.     El desarrollo profesional del profesorado ante el actual desarrollo tecnológico

    En este artículo presentamos las principales aportaciones de un estudio realizado sobre la utilización de diferentes medios tecnológicos realizada por una muestra de profesores y profesoras universitarias. Entre las categorías que ayudan a entender los usos de dichas herramientas en las prácticas docentes está la finalidad instructiva o formativa de los mismos, las estrategias organizativas utilizadas en los centros para ubicar los medios y, finalmente, la formación y apoyo técnico disponible en las mencionadas instituciones de enseñanza superior.In this article we present the main contributions of a study carried out on the use of different technological means carried out by a sample of university teachers. The instructive or formative purpose of the same ones is among the categories that they help to understand the uses of this tools in the educational practices, the organizational strategies used in the centers to locate the means and, finally, the formation and available technical support in the mentioned higher education institutions

    Empleo de las tutorías colectivas para el fomento de la interacción Profesor- Alumno en el aprendizaje de asignaturas de química analítica en el Grado de Ingeniería Química Industrial

    [SPA] En este trabajo se ha estudiado la eficacia de las Tutorías Colectivas como un instrumento de ayuda al aprendizaje en la Asignaturas del Área de Química Analítica en el Grado de Ingeniería Química Industrial que se imparte en la Escuela Politécnica Superior de Linares. Para ello el docente ha planteado una serie de actividades a lo largo de dos cursos académicos: a) Tutoría Colectiva al inicio del curso donde se tratarán los métodos de enseñanza empleados; b) Tutoría Colectiva donde se visionarán documentales de divulgación científica; c) Tutorías Colectivas para la proposición de diferentes casos prácticos que los alumnos tendrán que resolver por grupos y luego exponer las conclusiones ; y d) Tutorías Colectivas para la resolución de dudas que surjan durante el aprendizaje de los diferentes bloques temáticos en los que se dividen las asignaturas. Los resultados han sido muy positivos es aspectos tales como el fomento de la cooperación y el intercambio de ideas entre los alumnos y el profesorado y el desbloqueo de las actitudes de inhibición e inseguridad en los estudiantes a la hora de tratar cualquier tema relacionado con las asignaturas [ENG] In this work, we assessed the efficiency of collective tutorials as a helping tool for the learning of Analytical Chemistry subjects in the Industrial Chemistry undergraduate programme offered by the Higher Polytechnical School of Linares (Jaen, Spain). To this end, the teacher conducted the following collective tutorials over the course of two academic years: (a) an initial session to explain the teaching methods to be used; (b) another session to watch educational science documentaries; (c) several sessions of group work devoted to practical case-solving and conclusion-drawing; and (d) several more sessions to solve students’ doubts about the different topics dealt with in the subjects. The outcome was highly positive in terms of student cooperation, student–teacher exchange of ideas, and students’ uninhibition and selfassurance in dealing with the target topics

    La repercusión y documentación de los gastos procesales

    Resumen El ordenamiento procesal español, separándose de los principios que regulaban la tasación de costas en el Derecho Romano y posteriormente en el Proceso Común, se ha caracterizado desde su origen por la separación de dos cuestiones que originariamente estuvieron unidas, las relativas a la condena en costas y la tasación de costas, defiriendo la determinación de estas últimas a un funcionario extraño a la carrera judicial a través de un incidente marcado acusadamente por su carácter inquisitivo. Si esta opción centenaria del legislador español se ha mostrado muy eficiente, se sigue observando, sin embargo una profunda confusión entre estas dos cuestiones. Tal confusión ha dado lugar a una tendencia a hipertrofiar los gastos procesales, como consecuencia tanto, de la dispersión de los pronunciamientos de condena como de la concatenación de dichos pronunciamientos. Se pretende abordar las consecuencias de todo ello y el alcance que las últimas reformas puedan tener para corregir estas disfunciones

    Cultivares de feijão para consórcio com milho

    In order to identify bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) cultivars adapted to intercropping with maize (Zea mays L.), an experiment was conducted in Chapecó. SC, Brazil, during the period 1980/1983, on a Distrofic Red Soil. Twenty cultivars were evaluated and six were common in the three years period. The intercropping system utilized was 2M :38 (two rows of maize: three rows of bean). The results showed that the cultivars Carioca, EMPASC 201, Turrialba 4, lguaçú, Paraná 1 and Rio Tibagi can be intercropped with maize, and the more productives and the less productives cultivars in intercropping had the same behaviour in monoculture.Com o objetivo de identificar cultivares de feijão (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) adaptadas ao cultivo consorciado com milho (Zea mays L.), foi conduzido um ensaio no município de Chapecó, SC, durante o período de 1980/83, num Latossolo Roxo Distrófico. Vinte cultivares foram avaliadas, sendo que seis foram comuns nos três anos agrícolas. O sistema de consórcio utilizado foi 2M:3F (duas fileiras de milho: três fileiras de feijão). Os resultados evidenciaram que as cultivares Carioca, EMPASC 201, Turrialba 4, Iguaçú, Paraná 1 e Rio Tibagi podem ser utilizadas em consórcio com milho e que as cultivares mais e menos produtivas em consórcio se comportaram da mesma forma em monocultivo

    A estrutura do palácio do Itamaraty em Brasília: Aspectos históricos e tecnológicos de projeto, execução, intervenções e manutenção

    O Palácio do Itamaraty em Brasília é uma obra prima na Esplanada dos Ministérios da capital do Brasil, a única cidade construída no século XX laureada pela Unesco como Patrimônio Cultural da Humanidade, em 1989. O Palácio denota o gênio de seus criadores - o arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer e engenheiro estrutural Joaquim Cardozo, e a ousadia e qualidade dos profissionais de projeto e construção do Brasil. Baseado em documentos originais e depoimentos do pessoal envolvido na construção, entre 1963 e 1970, o objetivo deste artigo é recuperar a história do monumento, evidenciando seus mais importantes aspectos: plantas de arquitetura e do projeto estrutural e detalhes gerais das técnicas construtivas e materiais. Uma análise estrutural foi efetuada por meio do programa computacional SAP2000 (1995), que forneceu modelos para o cálculo dos esforços internos nos elementos, momentos fletores e deslocamentos. O dimensionamento das colunas típicas de concreto armado e vigas, segundo a norma Brasileira NBR 6118: 2003 (ABNT, 2004), mostrou as armaduras de aço de acordo com os padrões de segurança, inclusive considerando as prescrições sobre fluência do concreto. Um programa de avaliação estrutural e diagnóstico do monumento foi realizado, mostrando que a situação presente da estrutura é adequada. Todavia, a manutenção preventiva imprópria da edificação é um fato preocupante, como outros monumentos do patrimônio de Brasília, cuja importância exige especial atenção e planejamento especifico para preservá-los para as futuras gerações
