    The Musi Banyuasin Regency Government has implemented an information system to support its business processes, one of which is the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). To carry out its function in managing regional finances and assets, BPKAD mostly utilizes the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) which has been used for approximately five years, but has never been evaluated. For this reason, it is necessary to evaluate SIMDA information technology governance. In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach using the Process Assessment Model (PAM) consisting of indicators on process performance and process capability COBIT 5: A Business Framework for the Governance and Management of Enterprise IT which is the material research standards to process primary data and secondary data. The result of the research is that there is a staffing requirement evaluation process carried out by the BPKAD secretary by positioning it to the staffing sub-section in the form of ASN Requirements Formulation, Plan, Fulfillment and Proposal Forms. This study also revealed that there is a process in the backup log in the operation of Simda carried out by the ICT management section of the MUBA Regency BPKAD, the EDM04 process, EA01 Monitor, is at level 2, which means that the process already has good governance, such as being properly managed and controlled. and the APO07, BAI09 and DSS01 processes are at level 1, which means that the process has been carried out by the MUBA Regency BPKAD, the IT governance capability level at SIMDA BPKAD MUBA Regency is on average at level 1

However, the goal of equitable utilization of e-government development has not been as expected, especially for people who live in the suburbs. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research on the development of the concept of e-government for people who live in the suburbs. This concept is seen from Information and Communication Technology (ICT) aspect in the suburban community. There are six variables in this study. Those are an internet connection, transaction center, telecenter, government services, ICT training and education facilities, and information media. This research used qualitative methods.     Information and communication technology (ICT) is currently developing rapidly. This can be seen from the utilization and use of ICT can not be separated from all activities of the organization or company. With the use of ICT, the Government through the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration invites local governments to jointly build Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES). The establishment of BUMDES as one of the social institutions that favors the interests of the community through its contribution to services. This study aims to develop BUMDES digital services to improve services to the community. This research was conducted in the province of South Sumatra, precisely in the district. East OKU which consists of 20 sub-districts, 305 definitive villages, 7 sub-districts, and 20 preparatory villages. Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes), have two business units and one priority business unit. The types of businesses that exist in BUMDes can be clustered into several parts, namely: agriculture and farming engaged in (plantation and agriculture), banking is engaged in (savings and loans/capital), brokering is engaged in services (intermediaries), Holding is engaged in ( village potential), livestock and fishing is engaged in (livestock and fishery), renting is engaged in (rent/loan), serving is engaged in (services), trading is engaged in (trade). This research method uses qualitative, by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation.     Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di era saat ini dibutuhkan untuk menunjang dalam kemudahan aktivitas di segala bidang dari pihak pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Pemerintah terus melakukan inovasi dan pengembangan layanan berbasis elektronik yakni e-government. E-gov akan meningkatkan kinerja dalam pelayanan publik berbasis digital dengan mengarah good governance. Pemerintah Kabuaten Muara Enim memiliki 1521 perusahaan dan 61 SKPD/dinas terkait. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 295. Dari dimensi yang digunakan menunjukkan hasil bahwa SP2D terhadap usability sebesar 94 persen, information quality sebesar 91 persen, service interaction sebesar 81 persen, quick accessible and ease of use sebesar 88 persen dan information adequacy and website design sebesar 87 persen

    Teknologi informasi mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat. Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemkominfo) menemukan bahwa 98 persen dari anak-anak dan remaja tahu tentang internet dan 79,5 persen diantaranya adalah pengguna internet. Pengaruh e- government pada generasi Z di Kota Palembang sudah berjalan dengan baik dari segi quality of public servise, trust, e-service quality, Perceived Usefulness. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada research ini adalah menggunakan quantitative research yang merupakan proses untuk menentukan pengetahuan yang menggunakan data berupa angka sebagai alat ukurnya. dari hasil uji terhadap 4 dimensi quality of public servise, trust, e-service quality, Perceived Usefulness pada ketiga e-government channel yang ada di Kota Palembang berbasis mobile, website, dan social media. E-government channel mobile mempunyai impact of e-government tertinggi dengan rata-rata persentase 98% dan Impact of e-government pada e-government channel social media mendapatkan hasil terendah dengan persentase 95%
