Evaluación de protocolos de inseminación artificial a tiempo fijo (iatf) en vaconas mestizas de la parroquia de Belisario Quevedo.

The study was developed in the parish of Belisario Quevedo, with an altitude of 3492.5 above sea level, with the aim of evaluating three protocols of IATF with the traditional one, with a total of 108 animals. Virgin heifers were selected where an experimental research was applied with a completely randomized design and Duncan when there is a difference, T0 usual IATF management, T1 with eCG day 9, T2 with eCG day 7, T3 with GnRH as ovulatory hormone, the body condition of the 108 animals is normal and homogeneous for the research where the means for T0 with 2.85, T1 with 2.8, followed by T3 with 2.81 and with less body weight T2 with 2, 79 as the CC directly affects physiological and reproductive aspects with a percentage of cyclic animals of 61.1% and non-cyclic animals with 38.9%, the ovulatory response establishes treatment 1 of eCG day 9 or after removing the implant with 49.04±0.54(a) the best in terms of hours of heat presence, and coincides with gestation with a mean of animals that did not gestate of 3.19±1.22(a) followed by the variants in the IATF protocols. In terms of economic value, eCG treatments are more expensive than BE, GNRH.El estudio se desarrolló en la parroquia de Belisario Quevedo, con una altura de 3492.5 msnm, con la finalidad de evaluar tres protocolos de IATF con el tradicional, con un total de 108 animales. Se seleccionó vaquillonas vírgenes donde se aplicó una investigación experimental con un diseño completamente al azar y Duncan cuando existe diferencia, el T0 manejo habitual de IATF, el T1 con eCG día 9, T2 con eCG día 7, T3 con GnRH como hormona ovulatoria, la Condición corporal de los 108 animales es normal y homogéneo para la investigación donde las medias para T0 con 2,85, T1 con 2,8, seguido del T3 con 2,81 y con menos peso corporal el T2 con 2,79 ya que el CC afecta directamente aspectos fisiológicos y reproductivos con un porcentaje de animales cíclicos de 61,1% y animales a cíclicos con 38,9%, la respuesta ovulatoria establece al tratamiento 1 de eCG día 9 o después de sacar el implante con 49,04±0,54(a) el mejor en cuanto a horas de presencia de celo, y coincide con la gestación con una media de animales que no gestaron de 3,19±1,22(a) seguido de los variantes en los protocolos de IATF. En cuanto al valor económico los tratamientos con eCG son más costosos que los de BE, GNRH
