This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Biotechnology of the Department of Biological and NaturalSciences of the Amazonian University of Pando, in 2014. The aim of the study was to determine better culture medium in the establishment phase for propagation in vitro banana (Musa paradisiaca L.), 20 were selected and characterized mother plants NTRCA (New Technology Research Center Amazonia). A completely random design (CRD) withthree different culture media was used. The culture media were M1) Murashige and Skoog (MS) was supplementedwith ascorbic acid 100 mg/L and L-cysteine 2 ml /L, M2) Murashige and Skoog (MS) was supplemented charcoal 2g/L, M3) Murashige and Skoog (MS) supplemented with ascorbic acid 100 mg/L and c铆trico100 mg/L acid. Thevariables evaluated were: The survival of the former Plantes, where contamination and oxidation was observed. Theresults showed that in the first phase of establishment, the best answer for the survival of the former Plantes banana(Musa paradisiaca), was with the culture medium 3, where a lower degree of oxidation (0.26) and pollution for allexplants was obtained was 28%.Este trabajo de investigaci贸n fue realizado en el laboratorio de Biotecnolog铆a Vegetal del 脕rea de Ciencias Biol贸gicasy Naturales de la Universidad Amaz贸nica de Pando, en el a帽o 2014.
