Leadership Styles among the Administrative Heads of Departments at Irbid University College and its Relationship with Employees' Motivation Toward Work

The present study aimed to detect the type of leadership for heads of departments administrators in Irbid University College and its relationship with employees' motivation toward work, and to achieve these objectives administrated  leadership style scale, and motivation towards work scale on a sample of 123 workers in Irbid University College for the academic year 2015 / 2016, after its achieved validity and reliability, the results showed that (Democratic) style from the standpoint of workers in Irbid university College and the workers have high level of motivation towards work, and there is statistically significant negative relationship at the level of statistical (α = 0.05) between the leadership style (dictatorship) and motivation of workers in Irbid university College towards the work, and there is statistically significant positive relationship at the level of statistical (α = 0.05) between the leadership style (Democratic) and motivation of workers in Irbid university College towards the work. The Effect of Pilates Training on Some Physical and Skill Variables in Breaststroke Swimming

The study aimed to identify the effect of Pilates training on some physical and skill variables in breaststroke swimming, the researchers used the experimental method, designing one group for its suitability to the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of (14) students from the swimming training course at the faculty of physical education at yarmouk university, who were decided by the intentional method. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements on the development of some physical variables in breaststroke among the experimental group members and in favor of the post measurement, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the two measurements, the pre and post, on the development of some skill variables in breaststroke among the experimental group members and in favor of the post measurement. The researchers recommended to more studies should be conducted on the impact of Pilate’s exercises on the development of some physical and skill variables among players in other sports such as athletics, football and basketball

Constructing Norms for Selected Handball Skills for Student’s Faculty Sports Sciences at Mutah University

The purpose of this study was to construct norms for some handball skills for student’sfaculty sports sciences in Mutah University،For the purpose of the present studysubjects consist of 252(120 male,132 female). handball skills tested by Passing on a wall for 30 seconds Test, shooting on handball goal,15-meterzigzag dribbling,inorder to construct the norm,Percentile Scale was used. Further. the scores were classified into eightgrades i.e.,Elite,Superior,very good,good,average,fair,poorand very poor. It was recommended to utilize the norms obtained to assess some handball skills for student’sfaculty sports sciences in Mutah Universityin the tests selected and to assess their achievement later
