Social Health and a Healthy Social life based on Wisdom and Intellectuality
Introduction:
Human kinds are social animals, and are pleased living together pleasantly and positively in mental and physical forms. Without positive living and to live in challenges and clashes is bad and catastrophic, but what’s the way out? One of the way that seems not so costly, with no war and seems that can direct and put the world in peace or in a good running order will be wisdom and intellectuality transfused by many scientific centers and the wise men, then we intended to survey the social health and a healthy social life based on wisdom and intellectuality to find a way out of that problems in our living world.
Methods: It is a survey and observational method. Some news agency, internet, mass and social media were also surveyed and observed to collect the data that was needed to be used.
Results: In 2018 about 140 top reports, broadcasted from around the world many of them unfortunately reported badly as negative and unpleasant ones from challenges and clashes between nations and the countries. The world also witnessed crises, protests, clashes, ups and downs such as Jamal Khoshaghji murder, Trump withdrawal from the agreement and France protest movement in the same year. About 8 years clashes, killing and baking children in Syria, Iraq territories and also mass killing of Rohingya civilians, gang rapes, and other sexual violence are other examples happened.
Conclusion: The results claimed that the world is in danger and should and must be freed of the faced problems and it is a global concern. Wise and intellectual thoughts and decisions should be taken and come to account to solve them. Improving human morality, social integrity, filling the gaps and human elements development such as social capital can and may be the way out
The impact of information technology on health
Information Technology (IT) is the study of systems especially computers for storing, retrieving, and sending information. It uses any networking and other physical devices, infrastructures to secure and exchange all forms of electronic data. IT is used globally as a major portion of daily life and we use it nearly every day within organizations for many reasons. Our computers, mobile phones and most of other devices we use are IT forms. We depend on them everywhere and every day to do our works more efficiently. We use IT for big data, cloud computing, internet, enterprise software, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cyber security, virtual assistance, augmented reality, 3-D printing and more. Now, it seems that a profound revolution has taken place in communication technology today which has influenced the pace and way of relationship in the world. IT has affected all areas and changed the environment so that it was not available for anybody before and also has created the opportunity for human to exchange the information and knowledge easily and in a piece of time [1]
Transforming Knowledge into Wisdom: a Grounded Theory Approach
Introduction:
The aim of this qualitative study was to analyze the process of transforming knowledge into wisdom. We aimed to understand the meaning of knowledge and wisdom, the ways how to transform knowledge into wisdom, obstacles and strategies to facilitate and accelerate access to wisdom and its useful role on the life and the role of books, libraries and librarians in transformation of knowledge into wisdom.
Research Method:
This is a qualitative study with grounded theory based on Strauss & Corbin model (1998). To collect data we used deep interview with 22 participants that were selected through specific criteria including 17 men (77.28%) and 5 women (22.72%) in purposeful theoretical method. The data were analyzed with three coding stages of Strauss & Corbin model (1998), open, axial and selective coding.
Results:
After analyzing data, about 300 open codes (concepts), and then 103 main categories were formed. Some core categories with their related sub-categories were gained that were ended in the main and last category titled: “the process of transforming knowledge into wisdom” based on the participants views.
Conclusion:
Internalizing of knowledge results in individuals and social behaviours or transforming knowledge into wisdom is based on understanding and discovery of facilitating and speeding up sterategies of the process of transforming knowledge into wisdom to be able to observe wisdom behaviours in the society
Are new metrics pushing out traditional measurement tools of academic communications and scholarship?
ntroduction: Universities are the centers of interactions and communications and a basic of scientific products and publications in the country. Scientific production and publications are surveyed and evaluated for various reasons. Evaluation criteria with regard to the location, type and circumstances are different and are occasionally changed and new. In this study, we survey the new metrics and metric tools of academic production and publications and faculty members' perspectives in this field. Method: This is a descriptive and a cross-sectional study. The overall objective of this study was "The survey of social media metrics in academic communications and faculty members of Gonabad medical university perspective on these metrics in 2015" The data were collected by a study of library and information sources and using a self-made questionnaire and then were analyzed by SPSS-16 software. Results: The Metrics and criteria for evaluation of scientific publications are in two traditional and new ones, and can also be supplemented or replaced. Most of the faculty members, ie 43 (55.8%) suggested using of both methods together to evaluate scientific publications. There was a significant relationship between knowing the metrics with gender (at 0.001), with the number of articles (at 0.002), and with career record (at 0.000) and the education field (at 0.022). The main hypothesis was approved. Conclusion: Evaluation and metric for any scientific production can enrich it and move towards a more qualitative work and will make the scientific productions more effective. The criteria and metrics would be useful and appropriate with having quantity and quality properties and to be able to evaluate properly, comprehensively, all tangible and intangible properties and create a healthy scientific competition since, the future health and well-being of a society depends on the quantity and quality of science and technology in that society

The Challenges of New Educations for University Students in Covid-19 Outbreak
Abstract:
Introduction: Virtual or online education is one of the common methods in different countries of the world, something that can be more used in different and special situations or conditions such as, we are today confronting with, Covid-19 pandemic. It is faced today with different challenges mostly in education for higher education students. We surveyed the challenges of new educations for university students in covid-19 outbreak.
Methods: To conduct the survey research we studied the related text with the subject in the web and asked some students views and thoughts on new education, e-learning, online or virtual education conducted today to give the challenges a fast answer that may not completely satisfying the students. A semi-phenomenological like method was used to collect the needed data to be transliterated then for the tables provided.
Results: Increasing the facilities, familiarity, cost reduction, fast speed, and access to the Internet has an effective role in the development of this method. The only thought-provoking factor is the way students perform and their views due to the infancy of the method, which needs to be studied and followed up to be more developed and restructured well. Even if it has some different advantages for performing the job well in some areas, but some of the students have no a positive attitude toward it in education as a whole.
Conclusion: There are many different views and attitude toward new education performed todays in higher education fields and areas around the planet with positive and negative aspects and understanding. It is the duties of the men who are expert in the field and responsible to use them and pick up the best to present the way or methods that act well and has the most efficiency for all with low cost, fast speed, high accuracy to reach the goal
Cell Phone Use and Social Alienation of Young Teenagers
Abstract:
Introduction: The aim of the study was to survey the degree of cell phone use with their dependence to it and the social alienation of young teenagers.
Methods: It was a review, a survey type and in terms of application it was an observatory research on correlation between cell phone usages with student alienation in 2020.
Results: The results of the research showed that there is a relationship between the degree of cell phone dependence with social alienation among users and mostly young teenagers.
Conclusion: Young teenagers use cell phone much and incorrectly in some ways and times. This form of using with no more programs and freely can be called misuse of technology application and also it showed that there was a relationship between the degrees of cell phone use with the amount of feeling powerless, anomalous, senseless, social isolation or other items of social alienation. This cannot be true and correct, then a way should be found out of it

The Role of Mass Media and Social Media in Developing Awareness of Self-Care Behavior against the Outbreak of Covid-19
Background: One of the problems that human beings usually face are Crises and the spread of communicable diseases, and they occasionally appear in societies and make many problems with human beings. Human beings need ways to prevent or reduce its possible harms, one of which seems to inform and raise or improve awareness of self-care behaviors against such incidents through mass media and social media. Therefore, this study aimed to survey the role of mass media and social media in developing awareness of self-care behavior against the outbreak of COVID-19.
Methods: In this descriptive-analytical and cross-sectional study, 500 samples taken based on Morgan and Krejcie\u27s table as the participants, using the sampling convenience method. The data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire, with two parts of demographic information and research questions, after considering and evaluating its validity and reliability. The data then were analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistical tests by SPSS-20 from Mar. 29/2020 to Apr. 09/2020 in Gonabad City.
Results: In terms of frequency, 53% were men and 47% were women. The participants were familiar with both mass and social media, but the use of the participants from mass media (5.3) was higher than that of social media (4.8), and vice versa in comparing in getting information and awareness, mass media (3.01) was lower in comparison with social media (3.2), as the participants said. Both of media were important in changing people\u27s self-care behaviors, although with a small difference, mass media ranked higher than social media and other resources, and this behavior change was shown higher in women (257.6) than in men (232.8). (P-value 0.040)
Conclusion: According to the results, those in charge of the issue and the relevant managers in crises and the spread of diseases should make full use of the capabilities of these information sources and raise self-awareness with proper knowledge of the media, purposeful and optimal planning. In this way, they would keep the society away and maintain it from possible harms and dangers mostly in crises and global challenges
