Abstracts Title: Case study of patient after ACL reconstruction Goals: follow the complications that found after examinations and therapy that based on according to it to eliminate it then observing the condition after all if there is improvement or deterioration, also showing the theoretical part about ACL and what is related about its injury. Methods: Thesis have two main parts which are the theoretical part that describe the ACL injury and ACL reconstruction, the other part is according to my knowledge which based on my studies in FTVS I did the examinations that patient need to understand the patient clinical picture then putting the therapy plan and treat according to the complications or deformities that found during the examinations, all based on FTVS studies. Patient will follow the therapy sessions schedule then evaluation of the changes in the end with the conclusion. Results: satisfying improvements after 8 sessions therapy that improve the knee joint stability with improvement of muscle strength, symmetry of the muscle tone, release the joint play, eliminate the pain that patient complain of, improve the ROM of knee also improve the confidence of knee joint this leads to correct gait pattern which patient need most and achieved. Keywords: ACL, Session, Knee joint, Examination, Injury, Operation,..

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to identify the success factors of e learning programs in King Saud University from an engineer and technician's point of view. An extensive study of existing literature was done to determine the 11 success factors of e learning program. The factors identified as success factors are: Sufficient Users Training, Organization Commitment. Management Support, Technical Support, Positive attitude of users, Easy To Use tools, Sufficient Training to Engineers, Sufficient e learning initiatives, Sufficient Manpower, Availability of Info on E learning Website, Support from other Departments. A survey was conducted to evaluate these success factors in King Saud University. Personal interviews were also conducted with some of the engineers. All the factors were tested to determine whether they are important for the implementation of e learning programs in King Saud University. The levels of importance of success factors were determined on the basis of quantitative methods

The advancement in multimedia and information technologies also have impacted the way of imparting education. This advancement has led to rapid use of e learning systems and has enabled greater integration of multimedia content into e learning systems. This paper present a model for development of e learning systems based on multimedia content. The model is called “Multimedia based e learning” and is loosely based on waterfall software development model. This model consists of three distinct phases; Multimedia Content Modelling, Multimedia content Development, Multimedia content Integration. These three phases are further sub divided into 7 different activities which are analysis, design, technical requirements, content development, content production & integration, implementation and evaluation. This model defines a general framework that can be applied for the development of e learning systems across all disciplines and subjects
