Questions of perfection of technical skill of the musician attracted performers, teachers, academics at all times. This interminable problem of musical pedagogy represented by various schools of performance: L. S. Auer, R. N. Bazhilin, L. A. Barenbojm, O. A. Bloh, F. B. Buzoni, V. P. Vlasov, L. Godovsky, A. B. Goldenvejzer, I. Hoffmann, N. A. Davidov. M. Egorov, M. I. Imhanitsky, A. D. Korto, N. A. Kravtsov, Ф. R. Lips, F. List, V. H. Mazel, K. A. Martinsen, and. M. Mirek, M. Moshkovsky, G. G. Nejgauz, A. I. Poletaev, N. I. Rizol, V. A. Semyonov, S. E. Fejnberg, G. M. Tsypin, G. I. Shahov, F. F. Chopin, O. F. Shulpjakov, Ю. G. Jastrebov and many other. However, questions of technical training of musicians – performers by positional principle as basis of the organization of moves in musical performance are not enough developed in musical pedagogy. In the majority of the theoretical works, to some extent concerning questions of perfection of technical skill, this problem is not considered as system, in a complex. Till now there is no accurate definition, there is no unified valid term, which would be considered theoretically. All it leads to set of various approaches to studying this question and essentially reduces process of preparation of professional musicians – performers in the field of performance on musical instruments. So, this article is devoted for one of the main elements in development of performing technique on the keyboard of organ-piano type (a piano, an accordion, Kravtsov's free – bases keyboard) – for a positional principle. The concept and structure are considered of the given principle, and also are given some methodical recommendations about its realization. As the basic material for this article are used monographs, articles, the dissertational researches devoted to questions of development of the performing technique, considering various sides of positional principle of training have served. In article are used as general-theoretical methods (the analysis, generalization, ordering), and empirical (supervision). The basic conclusion of article is that the positional principle allows to add and concretize a number of the important questions in the theory and method of training on the organ-piano keyboard, concerning formations of method of performance of the musician and to approach more effectively to development of highly skilled experts in the field of performance by musical instruments, and also produce propitious conditions for technical development of mechanical skills of the musician and brings for it technique, discipline and organization

Nasal Inserts for Drug Delivery: An Overview

    Get PDF
Nasal mucosa, owing to its high vascularity and thin epithelial membrane, has been widely explored for drug administration in the last two decades. Within that period various nasal dosage forms have been researched and developed. Among them, nasal inserts are easily prepared by lyophilization or gelsification, allow easy dosing with a high potential for systemic  administration, enable avoidance of hepatic first pass metabolism, and make possible the release of active ingredient in a controlled manner. In this review, the benefits, limitations and absorption mechanisms of the nasal route, as well as findings from nasal insert-related studies are addressed. Keywords: Nasal drug delivery, Insert, Mucoadhesion, Absorption, Lyophilization, Gelsificatio

METHOD DECISION FOR DETERMINING SPECIFIC MICROORGANISMS IN PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS: AN OVERVIEW

    Get PDF
In the direction of microbiological quality control analysis in pharmaceutical products, determining the microbiological load of the product at the end-use stage is very important for human health. Quality control parameters in pharmaceutical products vary according to the structure of the type of product and administration route. In this context, according to the pharmacopoeias, parenteral products and eye drops are classified as sterile products and the other group of pharmaceuticals are classified as non-sterile products. However, non-sterile pharmaceuticals also must have a certain microbiological quality. For this reason, the pharmaceuticals should have a certain microbiological load and should not contain defined microorganisms specified to its type. Since the control of the microbiological quality of the products is important for safety, it should be determined by quality control analysis. In this study, standard methods used to detect specific microorganism in pharmaceutical products were compared. Application steps in standard methods and identification tests of specific microorganisms were examined. In addition, studies that are alternative to standard methods were evaluated.                                             Peer Review History: Received: 5 September 2020; Revised: 20 October; Accepted: 28 October, Available online: 15 November 2020 Academic Editor: Dr. Muhammad Zahid Iqbal, AIMST University, Malaysia, [email protected] UJPR follows the most transparent and toughest ‘Advanced OPEN peer review’ system. The identity of the authors and, reviewers will be known to each other. This transparent process will help to eradicate any possible malicious/purposeful interference by any person (publishing staff, reviewer, editor, author, etc) during peer review. As a result of this unique system, all reviewers will get their due recognition and respect, once their names are published in the papers. We expect that, by publishing peer review reports with published papers, will be helpful to many authors for drafting their article according to the specifications. Auhors will remove any error of their article and they will improve their article(s) according to the previous reports displayed with published article(s). The main purpose of it is ‘to improve the quality of a candidate manuscript’. Our reviewers check the ‘strength and weakness of a manuscript honestly’. There will increase in the perfection, and transparency. Effective approach for taking into account interactions of quasiparticles from the low-temperature behavior of a deformed fermion-gas model

A deformed fermion gas model aimed at taking into account thermal and electronic properties of quasiparticle systems is devised. The model is constructed by the fermionic Fibonacci oscillators whose spectrum is given by a generalized Fibonacci sequence. We first introduce some new properties concerning the Fibonacci calculus. We then investigate the low-temperature thermostatistical properties of the model, and derive many of the deformed thermostatistical functions such as the chemical potential and the entropy in terms of the model deformation parameters p and q. We specifically focus on the p,q-deformed Sommerfeld parameter for the heat capacity of the model, and its behavior is compared with those of both the free-electron Fermi theory and the experimental data for some materials. The results obtained in this study reveal that the present deformed fermion model leads to an effective approach accounting for interaction and compositeness of quasiparticles, which have remarkable implications in many technological applications such as in nanomaterials.Comment: 33 pages, 6 figures, 1 tabl

    Transdermal Spray in Hormone Delivery

    Get PDF
This review examines advances in hormone delivery, particularly using transdermal spray. Transdermal gels, emulsions, patches, subcutaneous implants and sprays have been developed for transdermal hormone therapy in recent years. Transdermal sprays, in their general form of metered-dose transdermal spray, possess major advantages such as enhanced passive transdermal drug delivery with little or no skin irritations, improved cosmetic acceptability, dose flexibility, uniform distribution on the application site and ease of manufacture, and have thus assumed significant importance in hormone delivery. Estradiol, nestrone, testosterone and hydrocortisone aceponate are some of the drugs prepared as metered-dose transdermal spray. Results from recent surveys indicate that there is a market for the delivery system and ongoing development of transdermal sprays for hormone delivery. Keywords: Transdermal, Delivery systems, Metered dose, Spray, Hormon
