AbstractExisting limitations and problems in the current life-cycle of software applications is expected to encourage new development paradigms. New technological trends, aimed at responding to current needs, such as flexibility, dynamics, scalability and creativity will drive the envisaged changes. This article describes the various types of business processes, ranging from structured workflows to semi-structured flexible business processes, and methods to model each type of business process. Development of business process models based on the knowledge economy, changing corporate strategy and organization design, and agile enterprise paradigm requires BPMS technology to support weakly structured business activities and emerging ad-hoc tasks. Increasingly, organizations are expanding the use of BPM beyond their initial focus on structured processes into more challenging, cross-boundary processes that include more unstructured components. Case management technology allows the modeling of cases in which a business goal is achieved by taking decisions in the context of documents and other content objects. Case management is considered dynamic because it focuses on unstructured and ad- hoc processes. It is likewise a continuing process that involves people, information, processes, and technical tools. Furthermore, it is adaptive and adaptable because it can be used by non-technical users and is versatile in its applications in different situations. With the use of case management, circuitous business processes, fragmented communication, repetitive operations, missing documents, and long approval times can be permanently abolished

Vision of Multilevel Modelling of Processes in Enterprise Architectures Affected by Big Data Collection and Analysis

Business process modeling has a long history of development. Encapsulated in a broader notion of BPM (business process management) it was researched together with the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and monitoring of business processes (Sanz, 2014). In this work we analyze how to cope with different semantic backgrounds in a multi-organizational setting when the integration scope of the company grows. This research paves the way towards ad-hoc business process altering in the concept of SoEA and results in updating the business model selecting business services from the virtual SOA and represents the basis for quickly adjustable “real-time” service-oriented enterprise architectures

Newer Approach to Create Flexible Business Architecture of Modern Enterprise

Abstract In this study we analyze co-adoption of several modern concepts of enterprise architecture creation and describe real-time business processes generation on global cloud-based self-generated business service basis to increase the agility of enterprise. We simulated the process of generating the business model started by particular business request with the support of subject-oriented business process management approach that results in particular business process architecture, which is approved or rejected/corrected by board of directors and architectural committee of the enterprise. During that generation all necessary requirements for supporting resources, such as information, know-how, intellectual and professional skills, inputs and outputs, quality and operational risk limitations, moderation, control and monitoring, are formed. On a next twist of the development all formed requirements are to be satisfied by appropriate selections from the cloud facilities and again approved. Finally after several iterations business model will be created in reality and could be executed with predicted results. Briefly that means that certain sets of valued and weighted business process replicas are located in Clouds. In addition to that, in this article we have provided the advanced view on the topic with attempt to install a virtual SOA torrent that catches services from the Internet and makes them available to customers and represents a business service basis for real-time business processes

Facilitating Active Learning Using Subject-Oriented Educational Process

Abstract. Described solution delivers opportunities to increase efficiency of active learning for automation and virtualization of educational process and therefore for maximization of ROI (return on investments) in universities intellectual and social capital. It results in creation of virtual community with a multiple content centers presenting a prototype of intellectual neural network with distributed association nodes. These nodes are formed during nonstandard educational process similar to brainstorming where participants have quite different knowledge levels and limitation due to 'traditional thinking', for example, classical seminar in auditorium in parallel with webinar. In this process all steps except final (gathering of experts) are human non-dependant, what increase efficiency of this process in general

    CLOUDS BASED TECHNOLOGICAL BUSINESS ENGINEERING

Nowadays there are various views on the future of business architecture. On the one hand, it’s getting strongly influenced by IT: information flows are growing rapidly and walls between the departments or even sub-companies are dissolving or at least start to fade. On the other hand, business architecture incumbents are not often ready for quick e-transformations due to their silos: inner friction, employees and “as-is” processes. The scope of the new range of architecture seems to be an interdisciplinary combination of the approaches and is getting out of concept layer. In this study an analysis of co-adoption of several modern concepts of the new enterprise architecture creation- real-time business processes generation on the global cloud-based self-generated business service basis is provided. The feedback loop makes business processes as visible for corrections as locally efficient. The architecture itself takes the responsibility for the global efficiency and strategy goals achievement. The main obstacle for such business development or reengineering on a platform of basic or referential patterns is a ‘human factor’, which is a key issue in resource usage for such processes
