Vibration diagnostics of equipment units with gas turbine engines
The possibilities of vibration diagnostics of high-speed equipment units with gas turbine engines are analyzed under the restrictions determined by the high level of vibration excited by air and gas flows and mutual instability of rotation frequencies of the power turbine and compressor turbines. The approaches to the organization of their diagnosis by vibration signal, taking into account these restrictions are discussed. The first approach is designed for the use of special methods of measurement and analysis of vibration spectra in the operating mode, the second approach is designed for its bench diagnostics when the equipment is rotating by an external drive with a reduced and stable frequency and, accordingly, with a low level of flow noise and without combustion
The structure of the e-state and public administration at the digital age
The introduction of information technologies into public life in all spheres of the life of the state and society has set the scientific community the task of scientific understanding of the theory and practice of the introduction and application of these technologies, modernization of the legal policy of the state in the information society. The consequence of this was the formation at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. In the political and legal though of views on the electronic state, embodying ideas about how the state should function in the era of high technologies. Management in modern conditions begins to be built through the use of electronic communication systems at all levels. In the modern legal doctrine, the structure of the electronic state has ambiguous content. And this expresses not just the vision of the structure of the idea by various scientists, moreover, the consolidation of such provisions in scientific research is a trigger for the institutionalization of the idea, its development at the theoretical level and obtaining its expression in building its own infrastructure. The idea of an electronic state as its main goal is aimed at modernizing the public administration system through information and communication technologies and the capabilities of the global Internet. It must solve the accumulated problems and meet the criteria set by modern society

Therefore, working with such large amounts of data requires the development of specialized software for design engineers. The construction of algorithms, the development of methods, the creation of mathematical models for searching, comparing and copying large heterogeneous related data, as well as the implementation of the obtained scientific and practical results in the software package of the design engineer of the onboard software of spacecraft. Results: mathematical models of comparison operations are developed in terms of sets and logic of predicates, criteria for evaluating comparison results are determined. On the basis of mathematical models, software components have been developed that provide search, comparison and copying of parts or a complete architectural project of the spacecraft onboard software. The developed software components are integrated into the software package for computer-aided design and maintenance of the spacecraft onboard software. Practical relevance: the results of the work are implemented in JSC βInformation satellite systems named after academician M. F. Reshetnevβ and are practically used in the design of new satellites of the same type series. The complexity of working with heterogeneous big data did not allow to fully implement the copy operation. The paper proposes to introduce the concept of a two-phase copying operation, when the first phase copies the structure of the onboard software, and the second phase links the structure with the resources of the spacecraf
Thermodynamic foundations of the rational cutting modes choice under conditions of machining
Durability and tribological tests of standard grades of high-speed steels and experimental single-carbide hard alloys with modified cobalt binder, created on the basis of the standard VK8 grade, under conditions of friction and turning of structural steels 45 and 12Π₯18Π10Π’ were carried out. The experiments were carried out for various cutting speeds and friction in order to determine the dependence of the optimal modes from the point of view of reducing the wear rate for cutting materials with different structural and thermodynamic characteristics. It has been experimentally established that high-speed steels with high values of thermal entropy have greater wear resistance in comparison with low-entropy grades, and cutting (sliding) speeds corresponding to minimal wear rates are higher for them. For experimental hard alloys grades characterized by greater thermal entropy values of the binder lower wear rates at optimal cutting speeds compared to the base alloy were also recorded; the values of the optimal cutting speeds for these materials are also higher. Thus, high-entropy cutting materials allow machining at higher speeds, while reducing the wear intensity
