We give an explicit formula relating the dynamical adjoint functor and dynamical twist over nonalbelian base to the invariant pairing on parabolic Verma modules. As an illustration, we give explicit U(sl(n))U(sl(n))- and U(sl(n))U_\hbar(sl(n))-invariant star product on projective spaces

Algorithms for switching between block-wise and arithmetic masking

The task of ensuring the required level of security of information systems in the adversary models with additional data obtained through side channels (a striking example of implementing threats in such a model is a differential power analysis) has become increasingly relevant in recent years. An effective protection method against side-channel attacks is masking all intermediate variables used in the algorithm with random values. At the same time, many algorithms use masking of different kinds, for example, Boolean, byte-wise, and arithmetic; therefore, a problem of switching between masking of different kinds arises. Switching between Boolean and arithmetic masking is well studied, while no solutions have been proposed for switching between masking of other kinds. This article recalls the requirements for switching algorithms and presents algorithms for switching between block-wise and arithmetic masking, which includes the case of switching between byte-wise and arithmetic masking

Nanopowders Production and Micron-Sized Powders Spheroidization in DC Plasma Reactors

Technology for metal and inorganic compounds nanopowders production in DC arc plasma reactors has been developed. Similar DC arc plasma reactors were used for micron-sized powders spheroidization. Results of experimental studies are presented. Formation of nanoparticles via different mechanisms as well as mass transfer of nanopowders to the reactor cooling surfaces are discussed. Heat flux distribution along the reactor wall and its influence on the evolution of nanoparticles in the deposited layer are investigated. Effects of plasma torch and confined jet reactor operation parameters on the granulometric, phase and chemical composition of nanopowders are discussed. Potential of the confined plasma jet apparatus for micron-sized metal and composite particles spheroidization is demonstrated

The active development of the Asia-Pacific region is often accompanied by geotechnical problems that require a rational solution. The article presents the results of a laboratory experiment that simulates the process of slurried pile construction in sandy frozen soils. The authors present the dependence of changes in the temperature of the soil and cement-sand mortar in time, defined the maximum radius of thawing and the total duration of the process of thawing and freezing back to the natural state, given the recommendations for the design of slurried piles taking into account thermal interaction with permafrost soils. The article presents a laboratory study of the interaction of auger cast piles with frozen soil. The results of laboratory studies of the strength of cement mortars of different compositions, hardened at a negative temperature. Recommendations on the choice of the solution composition for the installation of grout-injected piles in frozen soil are given. The article presents the state of the question of designing multi-blade screw piles, reflects the relevance of the development of methods of calculation and updating the regulatory framework. The authors carried out calculations of the bearing capacity of screw piles on various calculation schemes, the results of which are compared with field tests. As a result of comparison recommendations on the choice of the reliable settlement scheme are given. The authors believe that the solution of the problems identified in the article related to the use of advanced types of pile foundations in difficult geotechnical conditions will significantly improve the reliability of structures, reduce construction time and reduce economic costs

Siberian Subtype Tickborne Encephalitis Virus, Finland

We isolated 11 Siberian subtype tickborne encephalitis virus (TBEV) strains from Ixodes persulcatus ticks from a TBEV-endemic focus in the Kokkola Archipelago, western Finland. Thus I. persulcatus and the Siberian TBEV are reported in a focus considerably northwest of their previously known range in eastern Europe and Siberia

SYSTEM OF LOAD DISTRIBUTION OF SHIP DIESEL GENERATORS BASED ON NEURAL NETWORKS

The dependence of the specific fuel consumption of the ship diesel-generator set on the generated electric power and the power factor is given. An algorithm for load distribution between parallel marine diesel generator sets is given, taking into account the dependencies of the specific fuel consumption on the generated power and the power factor of each marine diesel generator set. The possibility of using neural networks to solve the problem of minimizing the specific fuel consumption for parallel operation of ship diesel-generator sets in the steady state mode is considered. A neural network model for reducing fuel consumption is proposed by distributing the total electric load of a ship power plant between diesel generators operating in parallel. Such a model, based on the database obtained in the training process, which is implemented by microprocessor controllers with the algorithms of searching for a combination of capacities inherent in them for each of the parallel running generator, at which the minimum flow is reached, independently determines how it is necessary to load the units operating in parallel, to achieve a minimization of fuel consumption; and periodically checks the correspondence between the estimated (calculated) and the actual fuel costs, which ensures the control of the technical condition of the mechanisms
