Desarrollo de una aplicación de servicios basados en localización para una red celular de tipo global system for mobile (GSM)

Due to the worldwide acceptance of the GSM system, the growing demand for innovative services, the appearance of new generations of mobile phones, the evolution of standards and methods to develop new services and the legal requirements to locate the mobile station for security and emergency purposes, there have been great expectations for the development of new Location Based Services (LBS). In this thesis we develop a service of this type.Gracias a la gran aceptación mundial del sistema GSM, a la creciente demanda que existe por servicios innovadores, al aparecimiento de nuevas generaciones de teléfonos móviles, y al desarrollo de estándares y métodos para desarrollar aplicaciones, así como el aparecimiento de requerimientos legales para la localización de los teléfonos móviles por motivos de seguridad y emergencia, se ha generado un gran interés y desarrollo de aplicaciones de tipo LBS (Location Based Services)
