    Political marketing sebagai strategi dalam kampanye politik muncul sebagai hasil Perubahan struktur politik pasca-ordebaru. Perubabahan struktur itu menuntut adanya strategi kampanye yang inovatif, aspiratif, dan bahkan atraktif dalam mendapatkan dukungan pemilih. Kemunculan partai politik beserta ideology masing-masing, Perubahan system pemilu, serta pemilihan pejabat public secara langsung menjadikan posisi pemilih strategis. Kondisi itu mengubah pendekatan kampanye politik dari sales-center approach menjadi market center approach, Perubahan dari strategi menjual dan promosi menjadi strategi menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar.Dalam rangka pencapaian target 20 % suara dalam pemilu 2009 mulai merubah citra sebagai partai terbuka bagi semua kalangan, termasuk menerima pencalonan anggota legislatif dari kalangan non-muslim. Cara lain yang dilakukan PKS untuk merubah citra sebagai muslim eksklusif, dengan melakukan political marketing untuk merekayasa citra sebagai partai terbuka.Penelitian ini secara spesifik juga melihat pola dan strategi political marketing Partai Keadilan Sejahtera, disamping itu juga untuk mendeskripsikan tentang dinamika politik Islam Indonesia yang terjadi pada pemilihan umum (pemilu) 2009. Mengingat, bahwa Sejak digulirkannya reformasi 1998 seolah membuka kembali lembaran sejarah tentang pola aliran yang terbentuk pada awal-awal kemerdekaan. Berbeda dengan dua pemilu sebelumnya, dimana nuansa aliran sangat kental terasa, pada pemilu 2009 mulai timbulnya kesadaran setiap partai politik bahwa dalam konteks masyarakat majemuk seperti Indonesia

    This research is about how the impact of globalization in a Semi Phery-Phery State. The problems taken by the writer is trying to find the links and impacts happening of foreign investment with night club industries in Batam City.This research uses Paul R. Viotti and Mark V. Kauppis Theory, which the distribution of power and profits, The Semi Phery-Phery States get profits less than The Core States. As a result of the dependency relationship then emerging national policy influenced the political power of the capitalist. In addition, this study also uses Marjorie Fergusons Theory, which essentially has turned globalization into in asset that caused change or loss local identity. The most sources of data collection on this research is qualitative research methods with using the library research technique, observation and interview.This research shows the impact of capitalism , specifically relationship between foreign investment that supports the globalization of western culture in the city of Batam .     Effect of weathering on disintegration and shear strength reduction of clay shale

    Frequent and strong atmosphere and hydrosphere reactions accelerate weathering of clay shale. This study was carried out to determine the effects of frequent natural drying and wetting-drying cycles on clay shales in every 8 days until the value of disintegration ratio, DR reached zero (completely non-durable). Clay shale samples from Semarang-Bawen and Hambalang were tested in the laboratory under four circumstances: (1) without soaking, (2) soaked once in every 8 days, (3) soaked 2 times in every 8 day and (4) soaked 3 times in every 8 days. Disintegration ratio, DR was obtained from the change in grain size distribution of the clay shale due to weathering. Reductions in shear strength of the samples were observed after subjected to wetting-drying cycles. The DR of Semarang-Bawen clay shale reached zero after 32 days, while the DR of Hambalang clay shale showed a range of values between 0.09 and 0.147 on the 80th day. Wetting-drying cycles showed greater impact than natural drying on shear strength parameters reduction. Triaxial tests could only be performed on samples from Semarang-Bawen and Hambalang which were exposed to wetting-drying cycles up to 24 and 32 days of test, respectively beyond which the samples completely disintegrated

    Superconductivity and hybrid soft modes in TiSe2_2

    The competition between superconductivity and other ground states of solids is one of the challenging topics in condensed matter physics. Apart from high-temperature superconductors [1,2] this interplay also plays a central role in the layered transition-metal dichalcogenides, where superconductivity is stabilized by suppressing charge-density-wave order to zero temperature by intercalation [3] or applied pressure [4-7]. 1T-TiSe2_2 forms a prime example, featuring superconducting domes on intercalation as well as under applied pressure. Here, we present high energy-resolution inelastic x-ray scattering measurements of the CDW soft phonon mode in intercalated Cux_xTiSe2_2 and pressurized 1T-TiSe2_2 along with detailed ab-initio calculations for the lattice dynamical properties and phonon-mediated superconductivity. We find that the intercalation-induced superconductivity can be explained by a solely phonon-mediated pairing mechanism, while this is not possible for the superconducting phase under pressure. We argue that a hybridization of phonon and exciton modes in the pairing mechanism is necessary to explain the full observed temperature-pressure-intercalation phase diagram. These results indicate that 1T-TiSe2_2 under pressure is close to the elusive state of the excitonic insulator

    The Effects of Milling on the Characteristics of Solid Didanosin

    Application of mechanical energy in a solid crystalline can cause damage to the crystal and will affect the physicochemical properties of these solids. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of milling on the characteristics of solids didanosin (2',3'-dideoxyinosine or DDI). The milling of DDI was performed using Retsch mortar grinder RM 100 for 15 and 30 minutes. Characterization was carried out using X-Ray Powder Diffraction, Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and Fourier Transform-Infra Red (FT-IR) methods. The relative crystallinity index was determined by X-ray powder diffraction method. Solvent solubility test was performed in water to observe the effects of mechanical milling on the physicochemical properties. Diffractogram of DDI shows several major peaks and the maximum intensity is observed at the 2Ξ angle of 6.0Âș and was used to calculate the relative crystallinity index. Milling of the DDI does not change the positions of the 2Ξ reflection angles, but has reduced the peak intensity at those particular angles by a factor of up to 40.8% and 30.4%, respectively. DSC thermogram of DDI shows the appearance of two endothermic peaks at 179.5 ÂșC, which is the melting point of the DDI, and at 285.0 ÂșC, as well as the appearance of one exothermic peak at 183 ÂșC. The melting point of the DDI is slightly shifted to 180.2 ÂșC and 176.9 ÂșC after milling for 15 minutes and 30 minutes respectively. SEM photomicrographs shows that the size of DDI decreases with milling time. FTIR spectrum shows no shift in wave number of the clusters in DDI after milling. The solubility of the DDI increases after 15 and 30 minutes of milling, from 24.83 ± 0.73 to 30.25 ± 0 : 18 and 0 : 33 ± 33.76 mg/mL, respectively. Therefore milling, in addition to causing an increase in the surface area, has also caused some crystals to become amorphous, thus increases the DDI's solubility in water

    Dose-Response Curve of Chromosome Aberrations in Human Lymphocytes Induced by Gamma-Rays

    Chromosome aberration is a biomarker to predict the level of cell damage caused by exposure to ionizing radiation on human body. Dicentric chromosome is a specific chromosome aberration caused by ionizing radiation and is used as a gold standard biodosimetry of individuals over exposed to ionizing radiation.In radiation accident the dicentric assays has been applied as biological dosimetry to estimate  radiation absorbed dose and also to confirm the radiation dose received to radiation workers.The purpose of this study was to generate a dose response curve of chromosome aberration (dicentric) in human lymphocyte inducedbygamma radiation. Peripheral blood samplesfrom three non smoking healthy volunteers aged between 25-48 years old with informed consent were irradiated with dose between 0.1-4.0Gy and a control using gamma teletherapy source. The culture procedure was conducted following the IAEA standard procedures with slight modifications. Analysis of dose-response curves used was LQ model Y = a + αD + ÎČD2. The result showed that α and ÎČ values of the curve obtained were 0.018± 0.006 and 0.013 ± 0.002,respectively. Dose response calibration curve for dicentric chromosome aberrations in human lymphocytes induced by gamma-radiation fitted to linear quadratic model.     Dari pengabdiann yang dilakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengggunaan  bahasa masyarakat dalam berkomunikasi di Desa Gading Jaya kecamatan Tabir Selatan di dalam Kehidupan bermasyarakat dengan sosialisasi. Alat komunikasi yang paling handal ampuh dalam kehidupan bersama dalam suatu masyarakat adalah bahasa. Sebagai manusia dimuka bumi, pastinya mempunyai bahasa yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi bahkan memiliki ragam yang bervariasi, hal ini tergantung dengan sudut pandang yang digunakan bahasa itu. Sudut pandang yang dimaksud yaitu waktu dan tempat, pembicara-pendengar, topik yang dibicarakan, tujuan yang akan dicapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriftip. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan cara mendengarkan dan berinteraksi dengan masyarakat desa Gading Jaya Tabir Selatan ketika berkomuikasi langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dengan berinteraksi pada saat berkomunikasi. Tidak jarang dalam kenyataan sehari-hari kita dapati bahwa komunikasi yang kita lakukan tidak berhasil akibat ketidaktepatan cara berkomunikasi yang kita lakukan

    Intrinsic Localized Modes Observed in the High Temperature Vibrational Spectrum of NaI

    Inelastic neutron measurements of the high-temperature lattice excitations in NaI show that in thermal equilibrium at 555 K an intrinsic mode, localized in three dimensions, occurs at a single frequency near the center of the spectral phonon gap, polarized along [111]. At higher temperatures the intrinsic localized mode gains intensity. Higher energy inelastic neutron and x-ray scattering measurements on a room-temperature NaI crystal indicate that the creation energy of the ground state of the intrinsic localized mode is 299 meV.Comment: 17 pages, 5 figures Revised version; final versio
