Quantum Mechanics and General Relativity: Creation Creativity
This article is concerned with a new concept of quantum mechanics theory depending upon the two components: matter and anti-matter. The article also links quantum mechanics and general relativity. Linking the two theories has been a long-pursed attempt by many scientists. The article gives the reader the chance to understand the microscopic and macroscopic worlds by the two theories linked by one equation.
Quantum mechanics and general relativity are the eye of science by which we look at the universe. Quantum mechanics is concerned with microscopic level and general relativity is concerned with macroscopic level. Many scientists have attempted to link the two theories but in vain. The following papers describe the way in which one can have a scientific explanation of the universe with one theory called the Creation Theory
The Impact of Crowdfunding Financial Attributes On Entrepreneurship Risk Taking
This paper aims to study the impact of Crowdfunding financial attributes on entrepreneurship risk taking. This study was applied on Arabic Crowdfunding platforms from all crowdfunding models.
The population of the study consists of individuals, entrepreneurs, investors, employees at electronic-crowd funding Arabic platforms. According to last statics at (2018), there are (12) legit Arabic platforms working in this field. Several statistical tools were used for data analysis and hypotheses testing, including reliability Correlation using Cronbach’s alpha, “ANOVA”, Simple Linear Regression. The overall findings of the current paper show that there is a significant statistical impact for financial properties on entrepreneurship and this effect around (25%). Furthermore, the current paper is unique by topic and population as it is the first study on Arabic crowdfunding platforms
Surface and cross-sectional characterization of titanium-nitride coated nickel–titanium endodontic files
Background/purpose Although the effect of experimental surface modifications on various properties (e.g., fatigue, wear) on coated files have been tested in the past, there is no report for the coating quality of commercially available TiN coated files. The aim of this study was to characterize the surface and cross section of TiN coated endodontic files. Materials and methods TiN coated nickel–titanium endodontic files (EasyShape) were surface and cross-sectionally analyzed via scanning electron microscopy backscattered electron imaging and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis in spot, area, and line scan modes. Results Surface imaging revealed parallel oblong regions with higher mean atomic contrast, a finding attributed to increased Ni content. Cross-sectional analysis showed that the coating’s average total thickness was 0.31 μm and consisted of a thin layered film. Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy analysis revealed the presence of Ti, Ni, N, and O in the coating, whereas only Ni and Ti were identified in the bulk of the file. Ti and O showed their peak compositions at the bulk/coating and coating/surface interfaces, respectively, whereas N displayed a rather constant content within the coated region. The N and O contents started increasing inner to the coating/bulk interface, denoting possible diffusion of both elements to the subcoating region. Conclusion Surface and bulk characterization showed no uncoated areas of the files tested. Apart from Ti, Ni, and N, oxygen was also identified within the coating region
Learning Organizations and Their Role in Achieving Organizational Excellence in the Palestinian Universities
The research aims to identify the learning organizations and their role in achieving organizational excellence in the Palestinian universities in Gaza Strip. The researchers used descriptive analytical approach and used the questionnaire as a tool for information gathering. The questionnaires were distributed to senior management in the Palestinian universities. The study population reached (344) employees in senior management is dispersed over (3) Palestinian universities. A stratified random sample of (182) workers from the Palestinian universities was selected and the recovery rate was (69.2%). Statistical analysis (SPSS) program was used for analysis and processing the data.
The research found the following results: there is a fair degree of approval on "cognitive dimension", there is a high approval about the importance of "organizational dimension", there is moderately consent of the importance of "Community dimension", there is a large degree of consent about the importance of axis of the "leadership excellence", there is a large degree of consent about the importance of axis of the "service-excellence", there is a fair degree approval about the importance of the axis of "cognitive excellence", and there is a moderately consent of the importance of "Organizational Excellence".
The research found a group of recommendations including: the need to develop appropriate strategies for the University, employ modern technology in information systems, in addition to provide appropriate environment that achieve learning organizations, develop technological infrastructure, adopt universities for knowledge management in the academic and administrative departments because knowledge is the core of the work of these departments, create technological incubators in universities to adopt excellence academic research projects, and protected them, support them, and market them. Establishing of centers of excellence for scientific research in the university.The need for cooperation and coordination between local, Arab and international universities for the exchange of knowledge, information, and participation programs and training courses, as it provides an opportunity to develop the capabilities and skills of personnel and expertise
The level of Computational Thinking of secondary school among students in Al-Rusaifah District
The aim of this study was to identify The level of Computational Thinking of secondary school among students in Al-Rusaifah District. Computational Thinking Scale was designed. The sample of the study was randomly selected and consisted of (1231) secondary school among students in Al-Rusaifah districwhich counted (11.73%) of the study population. The results of the study showed that the general level of computer thinking among secondary school among students in Al-Rusaifeh was medium, and the study showed statistically significant differences due to the gender and in favor of females in the domain of analysis and abstraction and the domain of evaluation and conclusion. Statistically significant differences were found also due to the variable of owning a computer in the domain of analysis and abstraction, the domain of writing the algorithm and the scripts, and the domain of evaluation and conclusion in favor of those who have a computer. Aslo statistically significant differences were found due to the variable of owning a smartphone in the domain of analysis and abstraction and the domain of evaluation and conclusion in favor of those who have a smartphone. While there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of the level of the school stage (first secondary, second secondary) or on the scale as a whole on any of the variables
Organizational Excellence in Palestinian Universities of Gaza Strip
The research aims to identify the organizational excellence in Palestinian universities of Gaza Strip, from the perspective of senior management. The questionnaires were distributed the top senior management in the Palestinian universities, and the study population was (344) employees in senior management in Palestinian universities. A stratified random sample were selected from of employees in the Palestinian universities consist of (182) employees at return rate of (69.2%). SPSS program for analyzing and processing the data was used. The study reached the following results: the senior management agrees largely on the importance of the axis of "Leadership Excellence" and "Excellence service sectors". The senior management agrees moderately about the importance of the axis of the “Knowledge excellence". The study showed that there is a weakness in the employment of scientific research to serve the community, there is weakness in the follow-up of the universities management for the performance of their graduates in the institutions in which they work. Senior management agrees on the importance of the "Organizational Excellence" moderately. The recommendations of study includes: the need to develop principles and fair criteria for the selection of the best candidates for the university and university leaders based on specialization, competence, experience, skills, integrity and not on the basis of favoritism
Trends of Palestinian Higher Educational Institutions in Gaza Strip as Learning Organizations

approval. The results concluded that the study sample agree on the importance of "organizational dimension" highly. The results showed that the sample believe that the "strategic leadership"
level in the universities got medium-approval. There is a fair level agreement about the axis of interest "teams / committees". There is an agreement about the importance of the "human dimension" moderately. The results showed that the sample is highly agreed about the importance of focus of the "knowledge management", and the focus of the "continuing
education". They agreed weakly to somewhat about the importance of the focus of "scientific research", moderately agree about the importance of the center of "institutional culture", agree moderately on the importance of "cognitive dimension". The results showed that the sample
largely agree on the importance of the focus of "strategic partnerships and alliances". They agree highly on the axis "keep up with the labor market" and on the focus of the importance of "technology incubators". The results showed that the sample moderately agree about the
importance of the theme on "consulting and training", the importance of the focus of "social responsibility", and the focus of the "Community dimension".
The study found a group of recommendations including: there is a need to provide suitable environment that achieve learning organizations. There is a need to develop the technological infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, databases, and human skills) because of the great advantages that they offer. The universities need to adopt knowledge management in the academic and administrative departments because knowledge is the core of the work of these departments. The establishment of technology incubators in universities to adopt outstanding university research projects, to protect, to supports, and to market them; furthermore, to develop the capabilities and skills of employees in the field of information technology
Knowledge Management Maturity in Universities and its Impact on Performance Excellence "Comparative study"
The paper assesses Knowledge Management Maturity(KMM) in the universities to determine the impact of knowledge management on performance excellence. This study was applied on Al-Azhar University and Al-Quds Open University in Gaza strip, Palestine.
This paper depends on Asian productivity organization model that used to assess KMM. Second dimension which assess performance excellence was developed by the authors. The controlled sample was (610). Several statistical tools were used for data analysis and hypotheses testing, including reliability Correlation using Cronbach’s alpha, “ANOVA”, Simple Linear Regression and Step Wise Regression.
The overall findings of the current study suggest that KMM is suitable for measuring performance excellence. KMM assessment shows that both universities maturity level is in level three. Findings also support the main hypothesis and it is sub- hypotheses. The most important factors effecting performance excellence are: Processes, KM leadership, People, KM Outcomes. Furthermore the current study is unique by the virtue of its nature, scope and way of implied investigation, as it is the first comparative study in the universities of Palestine explores the status of KMM using the Asian productivity Model
Strategic and Operational Planning As Approach for Crises Management Field Study on UNRWA
The research aims to study the role of strategic and operational planning as approach for crises management in UNRWA - Gaza
Strip field- Palestine. Several descriptive analytical methods were used for this purpose and a survey as a tool for data collection.
Community size was (881), and the study sample was stratified random (268).
The overall findings of the current study show that strategic and operational planning is performed in UNRWA. The results of
static analysis show that there are a relation between strategic and operational planning and crises management. In spite this
relation existence, it need more improvement and expanding.
Also there are shortcomings in the way that organization manages the crises before and after they occur. A crisis management is
only practicing during the crisis.
The study suggests that UNRWA must invest in more resources to enhance strategic and operational palming and improve other
methods to face potential crises in the future
KM Maturity Factors Affecting High Performance in Universities
