    Organizational Justice and Its Impact On The Commitment Of Faculty Members To Work Ethics: Empirical Study On Private Universities In North Provinces

    This study aimed to identify the organizational justice and its impact on the commitment of faculty member to “work ethics”  at private universities in Jordan. A questionnaire has been developed to identify the collection of data from a sample study consisted of 300 faculty member in the private universities. Results showed that there is a significant impact of organizational justice (interactional justice, procedural justice ,distributive justice) as a whole on the commitment of faculty member to “work ethics” . In addition this study showed that the organizatioal justice are highiy applied at private universities in Jordan. . At the end researchers recommended that private university is recommended to update policies and procedures continuously to enhance distributive justice.     The Impact of Job Security Elements on the Work Alienation at Private Universities in Jordan (A Field Study from Employees perspective)

    This study aimed to identify the impact of job security elements on the work alienation at private universities in Jordan. A questionnaire has been developed to identify the collection of data from a sample study consisted of 209 employees in the private universities. Results showed that there is a significant impact of job security elements as a whole on the feeling of work alienation. In addition this study showed that there is no impact of demographic variables on the feeling of work alienation. At the end researchers recommended that private university is recommended to update policies and procedures continuously to enhance job security and decrease the feeling of work alienation.     An investigation into the effect of social support on job performance and job satisfaction in the Jordanian insurance industry

    An increased sense of job performance and better job satisfaction can be achieved by receiving social support. In order to fulfil this purpose, this study aimed to determine the relationship between social support on the one hand and job performance and job satisfaction on the other hand for the Jordanian insurance industry employees. Survey data were gathered from 269 employees from the Jordanian insurance industry. The PLS 3.0 software was used to process data using the structural equation modelling method. The study’s findings revealed that all social support factors were positively and significantly related to job performance and job satisfaction, including manager support, peer support, friends support, and others’ support. Hence, job performance and job satisfaction in the Jordanian insurance industry can be predicted by studying the existence of social support. The study’s findings concluded that the higher the social support, the higher the job performance and job satisfaction

    Abstract This study aimed to identify the impact of management information systems (MIS) on the performance of governmental organizations, Jordanian Ministry of Planning -case study, a sample consisted of 77 employees in the ministry, the study found: there is no impact of hardware and software equipment on the performance of governmental organizations, there is a significant impact of networks, individuals and procedures, and management information system as a whole on the performance of governmental organizations. At the end researchers recommended the ministry updating MIS continuously, engaging employees in building systems, and train then on the system

    Exploring the relationship between knowledge management and core competencies to improve universities success in Jordan: Testing the mediating effect of employee engagement

    Strong job results require a lot of work and assistance from many people, particularly when it comes to academic accomplishment. Therefore; the justification for this research is that success at universities involves knowledge, effort, and significant academic engagement. To encourage change and success in universities. Also; it is crucial to possess the necessary skills even when achieving this goal. Therefore, this research seeks to explain the relationship between knowledge management, core competencies, and university success with employee engagement as mediating. The data was gathered from ten Jordanian public universities. was also chose respondents were chosen using convenience sampling, and the data, which included responses from 365 respondents, were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) modeling technique. The results of the research found that knowledge management and core competencies are significantly influenced by employee engagement and organizational success. Moreover; employee engagement has a significant relationship with organizational success. More importantly, the analysis revealed that employee engagement plays a mediating role between knowledge management, core competencies, and organizational success. Top management must begin planning the changes required to meet the demands of knowledge management and core competencies while also capitalizing on opportunities to improve organization success and employee engagement

    The Impact of E-learning on the Feeling of Job Alienation among Faculty Members in Jordanian Universities: E-learning, job alienation, faculty members, Jordanian universities

    The purpose of this study to identify the impact of E-learning on the feeling of job alienation among faculty members in public and private Jordanian universities. The study community consisted of faculty members in all Jordanian university, where 498 questionnaires were analyzed. The descriptive-analytical approach was applied and the results were analyzed by statistical methods, the results of the study showed that there is a negative and statistically significant effect of E-learning on the extent to which faculty members feel job alienation, and that the rate of applying E-learning was at a medium degree, and the degree of faculty members’ feeling of job alienation was also at a medium degree. The study recommended not relying on E-learning completely, except in emergency cases, and limiting E-learning to some subjects, as the results showed that students' educational attainment was low, and the study recommended paying attention to the infrastructure of E-learning. The study dealt with a topic that the previous studies did not clearly address, and there is a paucity of studies that dealt with the subject of the study. which is the effect of e-learning on the feeling of job alienation among faculty members. These results may direct some researchers to conduct further studies on the impact of e-learning on the desire and effectiveness of faculty members in teaching
